Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Ermatingen

A wonderful house with veranda and seating, located directly on the lake shore with a swing; all around trees, reeds, birds, view of the water, access to the lake. Everything is available in the kitchen and bathroom. Despite the rainy weather, I found the surroundings and the view of the lake extremely attractive, I felt very comfortable in the house and the surroundings. I'd love to come back!

We had a wonderful time at the Bijouhaus (2 adults, 4 children). The Bijouhaus was clean, fresh, bright and immediately created a feel-good atmosphere for us. Many leisure activities are quickly and easily accessible by car. The best strawberries of all time are available in the farm shop (5 minutes walking distance) :) Andrea responded quickly and personally to concerns and questions. Thank you for the wonderful time, we can highly recommend the Bijouhaus...

Awesome place to stay! Thought Kreuzlingen is a little removed from Zurich or Lucerne, but the train is enjoyable and this house is worth it. Germany is a short bus ride or walk away, it was fun to experience this part of the country. We ran in to Mario several times walking, he is especially friendly and accommodating.

Very nice converted barn. You feel right at home. It has everything you need. From the coffee machine to the vacuum cleaner. The balcony is set back and you have your peace. No one can see it and you also have a bit of a lake view. A dream. People who rely on cell phone reception or mobile internet, however, are in a bad position here. Cell phone reception is almost non-existent and the WiFi was not stable in our case. There were probably problems with the repeater. But it didn't bother us. We'll be back for sure.

I have so many good things to say about this place. Philip was incredibly kind and helpful. The place was stunning, the pictures don’t do it justice. It is peaceful and walkable and everywhere you look is beautiful. The place is cozy and super clean, I loved opening the windows and just staring out at the view. I would recommend this place to anyone!!

Had a great time at Ailine's place. Close to Lake Constance (i.e. Bodensee), Ravensburg and Friedrichshafen. Halfway between Munich and Freiburg (Black Forest) and 30-60 Minutes to Austria and Switzerland.

The accommodation is as described, offers everything you need and is located in a very beautiful environment, where you can also go for a great walk. In addition, you have a lot of space and can quickly reach Lindau by car. Michael is very nice, helpful and a great host. We were very satisfied with the accommodation and felt very comfortable :)

We were able to spend a wonderful week with two small children at Lake Constance. At the house, we especially liked the garden and the covered terrace. There were also a lot of games in the house for the kids. Swimming area at the lake is within walking distance. There are also countless great excursion destinations for children around Lake Constance (Mainau Island, Rhine Falls, Salem Monkey Mountain, Konstanz Schwaketenbad, etc.). An all-around great week...

We stayed with the children (15 and 18) for less than a week in Thomas's apartment and felt right at home. The location is quiet and you can walk to the lake in a few minutes. The nearest bus stop is only 100 m away, so you can easily reach all destinations on the Höri (and all of Lake Constance). I'm sure we'll be back!

The accommodation is beautifully located in Gottlieben. The situation is pleasantly quiet. Nico also took care of all concerns directly and was always available to us! We really enjoyed the holiday:) We'd love to come back!

We had a wonderful time staying at Adelheit's place. The location directly on the lake is fantastic and the house itself is modern, high quality and furnished with a lot of love for detail. Everything was very clean, thoughtful and architecturally really nicely made. You can tell that someone went out of their way to create a special place for guests. We felt very comfortable from the first moment and were able to switch off properly. It was a completely successful stay, for which we are very grateful. We would have liked to stay longer and will be back for sure. Thank you very much, dear nobility!

A beautiful place to stay. The Klausmann family is so nice - we felt comfortable right away. We were allowed to check in earlier - how nice☺️. If we had any questions, they were there for us. Completely uncomplicated and easy😀. Great that we were even allowed to grill with our small grill that we brought. We did some really nice tours in the area by bike. Almost always with a lake view - simply fantastic⛵️🚤. It's also great that you can do your small shopping on foot around the corner🛒. The many small street sales of fruit 🍉 🍓and vegetables 🍅🥒are also great. The neighborhood cats came by every now and then - so nice 🐈🐈‍⬛ Many thanks again to the Klausmann family 😘😘😘😘😘

We had a very nice stay at Sandra's, the apartment was very clean and we especially liked the terrace with a view of the beautiful garden. We reached everything important, such as restaurants in the village, bakeries and shopping, by bike.

The place was very spacious for two people, it has an amazing view of rhe Constance area & the lake from rooftop balcony which also has a hot tub-it was a great addition and we used it every day. The location is good and easy to access the main locations on foot, is about 20 mins walk to the lake so if this is a problem for you then maybe look to stay closer. The circular stairs to the upper level are tight but ok, just remember to watch your head as i am 6 foot plus and hit it a few times! The unit was fully equipped plus light & bright. The upstairs bedroom did get hot (in summer) but was ok, the bed is big and very comfortable. There was a wine fridge with drinks for purchase which was a nice touch. Overall the place was very much as described & as per the pictures, and the hosts were proactive and very responsive. We greatly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend to others

I have been on Airbnb for >10 years and Anne was the best host my wife and I have ever had. Anne reached out first thing in the morning to offer her place well before check in because it was available. The greeting we received when we arrived was very welcoming and she immediately provided ideas for my wife and I to walk around the many paths and destinations that we could walk to right from the house. The location was perfect to Konstanz, only a few kms and we enjoyed the walk, checking out the old town of Kreuzlingen. We also did a quick day trip to Zurich in well under an hour. Anne offered her bikes for us to ride, which we did, riding about 7 kms to a tower with an amazing view of Konstanz and surrounding area. Anne even had food a drinks in the fridge. This will be our home base the next time we come back. Anne was very giving of her time, her ideas and her kindness. Wonderful experience, thank you Anne!

A small, very nice, modern and functionally furnished apartment and very clean. The terrace invites you to linger, the nearby lake access to swim. We felt very, very comfortable.

We had a great stay at Marcus and Lana's place. The apartment is lovely, and it was spotless. The location is great, especially for wine lovers, as there are many wineries accessible on foot! ;) There was a private parking space, and the location allows you to reach many tourist points on the Bodensee by car quite quickly. The neighbourhood is very peaceful. We did not bike, but the location seemed great for it, and there was even a bike rental nearby. Overall, we had a great time and we would come back again. Definitely recommend it!

Large apartment that is well furnished with a kitchen, dishwasher and washer/dryer. The neighbourhood is also very quiet - all we could hear were birds chirping. We also appreciated the clear instructions given by Raphael and Dianna. Overall, this is a perfect place to stay if you want to explore the Appenzell region!

We booked to spend a weekend with friends. Thomas's accommodation is perfect, charming and well-equipped. It takes a little over ten minutes to walk to the center, but the place is quiet and the view of the lake is breathtaking.

We had a very nice week and a half. Only the kitchen and the refrigerator were smaller than expected; but no problem. The attic room in particular was an inviting place to read and play.
