Ivy Studio has its own driveway leads to its own courtyard. It is as small foot printed as it does have everything you need for a home outside of your home stay. Large shower, queen bed. It also features an air conditioner and heater, a mini fridge, a microwave, toaster and a coffee maker. There is a desk can be opened to double it's size when needed. The studio features a separate, private entrance with captivating views of both the backyard garden and city skyline. Inside the studio is a large tv center with netflix, amazon, hulu and starz included in addition to high speed wifi.

Creekside Studio (private entrance)

Creekside Studio is a cozy, well equipped, private yet centrally located studio retreat in South Escondido. It is on a 1-acre, quiet cul-de-sac lot, attached to the main house (our residence), with it’s own private entrance. The studio has a small kitchenette (no stove), a queen size bed and a twin sleeper/couch and a bathroom with shower (no tub). Roku TV, free-WiFi keep you entertained or hang out on the deck with your coffee in a park-like setting.

Cozy yet spacious studio apartment attached to the main house where I live. You will have your own private patio, a full kitchen. Most everything you would need is there. The bathroom is simple and small, but very nice and clean and all amenities you would need. The Studio apartment reflects my home, which is full of color and Mexican art/ folk art. It's not new or modern. Built in 1953, a Ranch House style. It's unique and full of life!

Our casita is a newly remodeled guest home on a beautifully landscaped property filled with the owners' colorful artwork. The casita is behind our home, but you have total privacy which includes your own private patio. Close to beaches, Temecula wine country, San Diego Zoo Safari Park, and more, in a quiet country setting. 3 minutes from two market/delis (one has a bar) and 5 minutes to I-15 freeway.
