This house was beautiful and the pool was amazing! Gabe was responsive and very friendly. check in was easy. The beds were so comfy, and everything was pristine. thank you again for hosting my family of 9 plus doggies! we will Def be returning soon! p.s. The pool heating was so worth it!

It was wonderful. The views from the deck were amazing. Every bed was comfortable. I loved the bowl of gummy’s they had for us 😁. It’s was perfect for our family reunion everyone had privacy and the family room’s furniture was perfect to cozy up by the fire and watch tv. I loved the weather there. I opened up the windows and we had perfect weather so we never had to turn on the air conditioner. Kelly allowed us to put the cover over the pool and it warmed up the pool and the grandkids had a blast. We had multiple generations at home ( 4 generations from 85?to 1 yr old 😁) and everyone was happy. Thank you for the opportunity to enjoy family together.

Our host John provides a beautifully decorated home in a quiet, central neighborhood. The setup is exceptional, with both a heated pool and hot tub, and the experience felt like staying in a boutique hotel. He thoughtfully includes amenities like toothbrushes, makeup remover wipes, cotton pads, and more — the attention to detail really impressed us. We absolutely loved our time in La Jolla, and John’s local tips were spot-on. We’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend booking with him.

If you're currently looking for a place to stay in the San Diego area and have kids, stop looking. This is the place to stay! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Carrie's property. Kids Paradise was ideal for our young ones, and thanks to Carrie’s thoughtful preparations, we had everything we needed for a comfortable experience. This made it possible for our children to have a wonderful vacation, while also allowing us parents to relax. I highly recommend this accommodation for families with children of all ages. We look forward to the possibility of staying at one of her other properties in the future.

Amazing experience. Vi’s place was homey beyond expectation. My wife was very impressed with how available everything was especially in the kitchen because we are a family of 6 and always eating out would have not been cost effective. We felt right at home. My wife especially loved the complementary fruits, water, and treats. The kids rooms were packed with toys and books they could read and play with in their spare time which was amazing. The living room was filled with board games for the entire family. The garage also had amazing games for the entire family with foldable chairs and equipment for the beach and camping. There was so much to do in the house that staying in was not in the slightest boring. The entire family enjoyed the pool and the spa and had an amazing time especially on the days we stayed in. I certainly would be booking Vi’s place again anytime we are in San Diego.

I absolutely loved this place. There is so much to do within the home. The backyard is an amazing space with a pool/jacuzzi/ water slide, grill with fire pit, and yard games to include mini golf and ax throwing. The indoor space is equally amazing with a huge kitchen with everything you need , 2 lounging areas with TV’s, an Atari arcade game where you can relive your 80’s childhood and play pac- man and frogger. The bedrooms and bathroom were clean. The views from the home are beautiful, you can even see the ocean. My daughters live in San Diego and we live in Orange County so this was the perfect in between. It is close enough to the beach but far enough away that you don’t have to contend with beach traffic. It is also close to stores and restaurants but the house was so entertaining, we just stayed there all weekend, it was just perfect.

We had such an amazing time. So many activities to do at Kathleen’s. Our kids love the pond, swimming pool, fishing, pickleball, and appreciate all the outdoors amenities. Definitely a gem to visit for families. The home is a little dated. But all the outdoor activities make up for it.

GREAT HOUSE! My family loved staying here. There was plenty of room and everything that we needed, and there were so many fun things to do, like swimming in the pool and hot tub, playing with all of the games in the game room, and putting on the putting green. I would highly recommend this house. The owners were great to work with.

The house was clean and in great shape. Hosts are responsive and gave good instructions to make our stay more welcoming. Whenever questions arise they answered as soon as they can and they try to help you the best they can The house has pretty much what you need (cooking supplies, towels, soap, detergent) among others. The surroundings were peaceful. Overall a good place to spend the night/weekend.

Came here for a family wedding and this place caught my eye mainly for the proximity, capacity, and pet accommodation. Residence Inn was our next option since all the guests were staying there and as a matter of fact, we spent much of our time there but having two bathrooms was important to us. We did have some issues but the host, Sonya, was very responsive and did her best to make things right. The house has pretty much everything that you might need so it’s perfect for light travelers. (Not us because we usually bring everything that we need with us :)). We even picked up a case of water before checking in but we were pleasantly surprised to find purified water bottles in the fridge and bu each bed, courtesy of the hosts. The house was clean and spacious. I wish we had more time to enjoy the space but we were mostly in and out of the house. Nonetheless, it was a good place and well worth the money.

Went out of a weekend getaway from the desert heat with my girlfriend and our friends. Waking up in the morning to a beautiful view with nice fresh climate was great. The surrounds allow for a relaxing vacation as it’s nice and quiet. As to our host Liliya was amazing. Very responsive, helpful, and friendly! We had an issue and when texted her she replied right away and came to help us. Her response time was perfect her attitude was great! I will recommend this to anyone that wants a nice quiet weekend away. As it has a breathtaking view and the host is lovely!

This place is really a hidden gem! Everything was clean and spotless upon our arrival. Pool was amazing, with all the pool toys and yard games available for us to use. Accommodations with infants playpen, high chair and lay around mat made out stay with our babh even more memorable! Host was amazing and responsive. Close enough to downtown Escondido and all the amazing shops, restaurant, downtown activities. Shopping access is very close and close to the highways to enjoy everything around the surrounding city as well. Peaceful and quite in the nighttime. We can’t wait to make the trip back!

This was a great home, very clean and well equipped, super spacious for all of us that came out. Sudina was a great host, very helpful and quick to reply. We were here for a local car show and it was close and convenient for us! We are happy to have found this place and hopefully will continue to stay here in the future as we come every year

This place accommodated exactly what we were looking for. 7 of us guys were there for work but we had a couple of days to just relax and hang out. It was great for playing games, soaking in the hot tub, swimming in the pool, and just relaxing watching a movie. It's a great place for bigger groups who want to have a place to stay with a lot of activities to enjoy! I would have no problem coming back.

This was our second stay at Juliet’s beautiful home in Escondido, and it was just as wonderful as the first! Great host as always. We loved how quiet it was, relaxing by the pool, and how easy everything was from check-in to check-out. Can’t wait to come back again!

This place literally felt like paradise. If you didn’t know you were in San Diego, you would feel like you’re in Hawaii! The backyard was so beautiful that we spent the majority of our time out there in the pool, hot tub, and tiki bar! The upstairs patio was fantastic for outdoor eating. The hosts were super communicative with any questions we had prior to and during our visit! We definitely can’t wait to stay again in the future!

My wife and I had a very relaxing time at this luxurious and breathtaking location. It was a beautiful home with a magnificent birds eye view of the enitre valley. The hosts were very kind, responsive, and helpful with any questions. All in all, a memorable experience the we joke about because it must have been some kind of dream. We love this beautiful home and its amazing hosts. The pool is fantastic! Everything is always perfect and the hosts are so kind, accommodating and welcoming. The house has great energy and privacy and never any problems for hosts to fix. The whole experience when we stay here is relaxing and wonderful!

Viktoriya was a great host and the backyard was truly an oasis! Also the beds were sooo comfortable. If we are ever back in Carlsbad we will be staying again! Cannot recommend enough:)

The place was exactly what my kids and I needed. Marty even provided an outdoor bbq so I could cook hamburgers. We had a door lock battery issue which Marty and his wife took care of quickly. Would defiantly recommend for a family retreat to escape the busyness of the world.
