Beim Betreten begrüßt dich ein angenehmer Duft nach Holz. Du schläfst in einer Koje mit zwei Fenstern, hast eine Essecke für zwei Personen, ein Bad mit Dusche und WC und eine voll ausgestattete Küche. Vor der Haustür kannst du auf der kleinen Terrasse vielleicht den Eisvogel hören und entdecken.

Das massive Gartenhäuschen ist eine eigenständige kleine Unterkunft [ca. 19 qm], naturnah in unserem Garten hinter unserem Wohnhaus, mit WC und Waschbecken für bis zu 3 Personen; keine Dusche, keine Küche ! Wasserkocher, löslicher Kaffee und verschiedene Teesorten vorhanden. Baby-Reisebettchen auf Anfrage zustellbar. Wir vermieten noch zwei Gästezimmer im Haus. Dort ist ein Gästebad vorhanden. Hilpoltstein ist eine Kleinstadt in der Nähe des Rothsees im Fränkischen Seenland.

Right outside the door you can take a nice walk to the Bismarck Tower. Within 10 - 15 minutes you are on foot in the city center. The apartment is fully equipped for 2-3 people.
