Holiday rentals with a balcony in Europe

Die beste Ferienwohnung aller Zeiten!!! Die Wohnung befindet sich in der besten Lage von Sevilla. Man kann alles zu Fuß erreichen: La Catedral, el Parque María Luisa, la Seta von Sevilla, la Plaza España etc. Darüber hinaus hat man viele Restaurants, Apotheken, Supermärkte und andere Geschäfte praktisch vor der Tür. Die Wohnung wurde mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und sie hat alles, was man braucht und noch mehr. Der Zugang ins Haus sowie in die Wohnung geschah schnell und unkompliziert. Auch die Kommunikation mit Pastora geschah reibungslos. Das Gebäude hat einen Fahrstuhl und einen eigenen Müllkontainer. Außerdem ist es sehr ruhig. Aber das beste für mich war die Sauberkeit. Ich bin eine Hygienefanatikerin, die immer mit Putzmitteln verreist. Das war aber das erste Mal, dass ich eine Ferienwohnung nicht saubermachen musste und das hat viel zu sagen. Diese Wohnung würde ich immer wieder buchen!!!

Maria was communicative and friendly, and the place we stayed was beautiful, with spacious rooms, high ceilings and large windows. The kitchen was well stocked (pots, pans, cutlery, microwave/oven, dishwasher), the bed was comfortable and the shower was excellent (and is missed now we're home!) All in all we had a wonderful stay and Id not hesitate to stay here again on our next trip to Prague!

The room is awesome! Really convenient location. Walkable distance to tourist attractions and lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The room is very clean, definitely recommend

We (myself, my husband and 2 children 13 + 11) stayed at Dulce’s apartment for 2 nights in Porto. The location was excellent and we were able to walk almost everywhere. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Dulce was very responsive and friendly and more than helpful with any of our requests. We loved Porto and plan to visit again in the future. I would definitely stay here again. Note that the apartment is on the 2nd floor of a steep windy stairs. It was fine for us but may not suit anyone with mobility issues. Thank you Dulce for being a great host!

Alexander’s apartment was great. Located in the heart of Athens, walkable to every site. Lots of good restaurants around, love the fact that there is an elevator so easy to move your suitcase in and out! Super clean , adorable perfect apartment for a gateway! We will definitely come back again.

I highly recommend Romina’s place in every aspect. Romina provided us with every convenience and made everything easy for us. She had thought of everything we might need. She also responded to our questions very quickly. The only problem was the constant renovation noise coming from the next-door neighbor. However, I believe that was just a temporary situation.

We had a great stay! The apartment was close to everything, clean, and bright. Would stay again.

Einfach wunderbar! Die Lage war der perfekte Ausgangspunkt. Die Wohnung wie beschrieben: super zentral und doch ruhig. Fantastisch! Wir waren viel unterwegs und dann nach einem langen Tag in so einem bequemen Bett schlafen zu dürfen, noch dazu mit Rollläden und Klimaanlage- perfekt. Wir waren super zufrieden. Sérgio ist ein super freundlicher, proaktiver Gastgeber und wir würden die Wohnung immer wieder buchen. Der erste Besuch in dieser wunderbaren Stadt wird sicher nicht der letzte gewesen sein. Danke für alles!

What a wonderful experience! The description of the home was excelled by the reality. It was very clean and tastefully decorated — Anna has an eye for design and art. the three bedrooms easily accommodated us. The large patio with its charming table and vine screened roof was a charming place to enjoy our morning cappuccino. the home is situated in a agricultural community built in 1788, situated in extensive vineyards. The buildings have been thoroughly renovated into a series of private homes. The community contained renters like us, but also young communities and older retirees. We had a chance to get to know people in the neighborhood, who were uniformly friendly. the AirBnB is about 25 minutes away from Arezzo by car. The best place to park we found was in the short term parking at the train station. From there it was just a short walk to the Old Town. Anna was a wonderful and charming host. We recommend this property highly!

Everything about our stay was perfect! From the croissants left for breakfast to the private jacuzzi. If you want a private, peaceful getaway but with a 5 star feel then this is the place for you!

Tao’s home is a charming entire house with a private entrance, nestled in a vibrant neighborhood. If you're a fan of Orhan Pamuk's novels, you'll recognize the area, and you'll be pleased to know that the Museum of Innocence actually exists and is located nearby. The house itself is full of character and unique details. The kitchen is well-equipped and had everything we needed traveling with a young child. There are three floors to navigate: the kitchen, dining area, and a shower are located on the ground floor, while the entrance, two bedrooms and a toilet are on the first floor. The second floor features the third bedroom with its own small kitchenette and bathroom. Additionally, the entrance has a few steps as well. Tao is a very sweet, friendly and thoughtful host, and we felt genuinely cared for throughout our visit. Communication was seamless, and he provided us with excellent recommendations for local restaurants that we thoroughly enjoyed.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is a short walk to the Mercato Centrale of Florence and the Duomo as well. Lots of great restaurants close by. We love to walk So this was great for us. Rossella met us on arrival and was very helpful. We would definitely stay here again when back in Florence. Grazie! Wayne and Vivian

We absolutely loved our stay, sadly didn’t get to meet Manuel as he wasn’t available for the check in, but he was extremely responsive throughout the stay. The villa is gorgeous and absolutely huge, bbq is a great touch and we too full advantage of the kitchen utilities. Only issue was lack of mirrors in the bedrooms and that wifi doesn’t quite reach all places in the house. We would stay again.

We had an amazing stay at Hollycroft Barn, from the moment we arrived Tracey was so helpful, showed us around and made us feel at home, she even baked us a beautiful welcome cake! The barn is absolutely stunning, and so homely, we didn’t want to leave, the grounds are amazing, Tracey even brought down the lambs so we could bottle feed them! Fantastic host and fantastic property, would highly recommend and we will definitely be returning!

What a lovely apartment, very conveniently located for the vaporetto stop. Communication was excellent and the check in process was smooth. There were a number of restaurants within easy access. The apartment was well equipped and had a very relaxing feel, and would definitely look to stay there again on future visits to Venice.

It really was just as beautiful and romantic as the pictures. The view from the balcony was phenomenal, apartment smelled and felt so clean the whole stay. The apartment had pretty much everything you could need in it. The owners were so proactive keeping in touch with different recommendations and letting us know beforehand what’s happening in the city as different protests took place + a big conference started mid stay. We felt taken care of. It was an amazing place to stay at, would definitely visit again!

Martina was so kind and helpful, she even gave us a brief tour of the apartment upon check in. She ensured we knew where everything was located and she has a binder of any information needed. We enjoyed the seating area in front for breakfast and coffee. We loved how close the apartment is from the train station so we could walk to and from to save us time and some money. The location is very walkable to many restaurants, shops and sights. We loved that there is a grocery store near by and also a "sight seeing bus" stop around the corner. We found the bedding comfortable and the apartment felt safe. Everything is very nice and ready for guests who may decide to have a meal in vs going out too.

Grand merci Márta pour cet accueil chaleureux, et encore merci pour la flexibilité le jour de départ! L’appartement est super bien situé : tout est proximité à pied, plein de restaurants autour. Nous avons bien passe magnifique séjour à Budapest grâce à vous. Le seul bémol est les travaux qui ont commencé à 6h du matin juste en face de l’immeuble, mais cela dépend pas du tout de l’appartement.

Perfect location for the beach! The buses and tram for Athens center and Airport shuttle X96 are in walking distance. Alimos is very chill place where you can find local cafes and restaurants with normal prices. The apartment looks like the pics and has everything for a stay. Thank you Stavros!

Enrica (AKA Kikka) is a delightful woman who cares about her guests and does everything to make them feel at home. She responded very quickly to any of our questions and needs. She had great suggestions for restaurants, activities and site seeing outings, all listed in an informative book on the kitchen table. The view from the room is magical, almost beyond description, as you look out on to Lake Como both day and especially night! Roberta’s apartment was excellent in every way. To start, she was the perfect host - communicative and helpful from the time we booked through check out. The space was even better than the photos. It was quiet, extremely clean, and had so many lovely touches. The location was convenient to the Colosseum, a taxi stand, and a 24 hour market right across the street. All in all, a great stay and we hope to be back.

Die Wohnung ist wunderschön, individuell und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Wir haben uns unglaublich wohl gefühlt. Sie liegt in einem Stadtteil, in dem vornehmlich Einheimische wohnen, Napoli pur. Busse und U-Bahn in 5-10 min erreichbar. Angela und Alessandro empfingen uns außerordentlich herzlich und haben uns während des gesamten Aufenthaltes mit hilfreichen Tipps versorgt. Man spürt, dass sie ihre Stadt sehr lieben und ihren Gästen jede Möglichkeit geben möchten, diese Faszination zu teilen. Grazie Mille liebe Angela und Alessandro, wir kommen ganz sicher wieder! Asso's Place was the perfect home for our family in Florence!  The most luxurious Air BnB we've found to date - with original paintings, a generous supply of records, DVDs, and books galore.  The Duomo felt so close that we could reach out the window and touch it. The location was walking distance from all the major attractions and excellent restaurants. Piero and Raffaela were perfect hosts, reaching out to us with information about restaurants, shopping, and sites to visit, and answering every question quickly. Raffaella greeted us in person and pointed out important features of the apartment.  All of our needs were met to perfection.
