Asian Garden-Das Ferienhaus mit asiatischem Flair.

Auf 400qm² Wohnfläche vermieten wir außergewöhnliche Räume, die fast alle einen wunderschönen Blick auf den asiatischen Garten bieten. Unser japanisches Teehaus läd hier zum verweilen ein und auch ein Grillplatz kann genutzt werden. Wir bieten ein Masterbedroom mit Balkon, incl. Gästezimmer für drei Gäste an. Das Kaminzimmer ist für vier Personen und das Terrassenzimmer für drei Personen ausgelegt. Alle Räume sind mit Wlan und Flatscreen-TV ausgestattet. Wir freuen uns sehr über Deinen Besuch.

Unser Landhaus Karbach ist ein hochwertig renoviertes altes Herrenhaus mit zwei separaten Wohneinheiten. Unsere Jagdvilla kann sechs Personen beherbergen und in unserem Waldhäuschen ist Platz für vier Personen. Die Verwendung ausgewählter Materialien und geschmackvollem Inventar verleihen dem Haus seinen außergewöhnlichen Charakter. Das Landhaus Karbach liegt in kompletter Alleinlage, umgeben von Wald und Feldern. Eine Sauna und die große Terrasse mit Sitzmöbeln laden zum Entspannen ein.

This is the ideal place for a family gathering, or for groups of colleagues or yoga practicioners. While the kids play on the inhouse playground, the parents can cook or sit around the fire place. Or have some "me time" in their own large bedroom. With good weather you can gather in the large garden or around the private pool. A dedicated game room with a foosball table and an outdoor playground provide enjoyable hours for both young and old. Surrounded by nature, the villa is designed for shared moments.

Die Preise beziehen sich auf eine Belegung mit 6 Personen (Mindestberechnung). Am Sonntag ist eine späte Abreise bis 22.00 Uhr bereits im Preis enthalten. Jede weitere Person wird mit € 30,- pro Nacht berechnet. Sehr besonderes Haus mit parkähnlichem Garten und Barockpavillon. Der Zugang erfolgt über eine Privatbrücke. Man hat absolute Privatsphäre mitten in der Stadt. Der Park bietet viele verschiedene Winkel und Ecken auf verschiedenen Ebenen und tollen Ausblicke.
