We had a fabulous stay and very much enjoyed the privacy of the backyard, the view, and the hot tub. This property is close to the Shining Sea Bike Trail, which we biked down to Woods Hole. Shauna was incredibly responsive and accommodating. We would stay here again!.

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy cottage in Cape Cod! The location is perfect — just a short walk to the beach. The cottage is well-equipped with everything you need.. It’s clean, charming, and feels like a true getaway spot. We’d absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful 3-night stay at this lovely home on Cape Cod. The house was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The kitchen was fully stocked, which made it easy to cook breakfast and appetizers and feel right at home. One of the highlights was the beautiful view—perfect for relaxing mornings or evenings. The location is also great, just a short distance from the Cape Cod Canal, which was perfect for walking and biking. The host was very attentive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to enjoy a peaceful getaway on the Cape!

Nice spot for sure in a quiet and private neighborhood. Pretty good location, especially if you want to go to the Outer Cape or to the islands. Rich communicated well and made the whole process a breeze.

This was a great choice for our weekend on Cape Cod. Easy to park at the house. Plenty of walkable options. And a great home base for the weekend.

A gorgeous and charming cottage! All the Cape Cod charm one could possibly hope for - in a beautifully renovated spot that was exceptionally clean. The beds were very comfortable. Using the outdoor shower after enjoying the two private beaches was a treat.

A very special place - the location is unbeatable and the house is very charming and confortable. We enjoyed 4 days here with family. A great space for rainy days playing games and hanging out and absolutely perfect location when the sun is shining. The house has everything you need. Communication was easy. We absolutely enjoyed every minute here. Thank you!

Terrific location. Easy drive to several beaches, Chatham and outer Cape. Loved the hot tub and fire pit. Everything was very well stocked, even provided coffee, plenty of paper towels, tp etc enough for the whole stay. Leaving was also extremely easy as the owners didn’t require me to clean, strip beds, take out trash etc (which I did anyways) . Great stay!

We had a wonderful time at this home. It was clean, bright, and had everything we needed for our time by the beach. It’s a great and easy walk to the beach and local restaurants! We enjoyed our time and memories there and look forward to the next time back!

Lisa was a fantastic host. Her beautiful home was the perfect getaway. We had everything we could possibly need in this home. I couldn’t praise Lisa more. Count yourselves lucky to stay at such a wonderful property on an amazing island. 10/10… would stay again in a heartbeat.

Great stay in Cape Cod! Well decorated quintessential beach house, with great deck for eating together as a family and outdoor shower for post beach trips! Craigville Beach just down the road with plenty of parking if you decide to drive, which we did. And delicious Four Seas Ice Cream just up the road. Very responsive and helpful with suggestions…looking forward to returning next year!

We had a wonderful weekend at this beautiful cottage! It was the perfect peaceful escape for me, my wife, and our young friend. The space was spotless, cozy, and surrounded by nature—everything felt thoughtful and welcoming. Scott and his wife were incredible hosts—warm and attentive. We felt right at home and will absolutely return. Highly recommend this gem!

What a great time we had at the Cape and especially at this location. Where to start? The home is spacious and comfortable. We had three teens with us, so all three could sleep upstairs and then we (the parents) were comfortable downstairs. The beds are comfortable, there's room to stretch out in the living room and dining room (big table, lots of chairs); there's everything you need for a comfortable, relaxing stay. THEN, your own private corner of Long Lake is just steps out the door. The lake water is clear and refreshing and we could leave our floaties and kayaks on shore each night with no worries. Great fishing too. Plus, you are RIGHT on the bike path so in one direction was Coast Guard Beach (15 m) and in the other, it leads to Harwich Center (6 m) Close by is the General Store that has some delicious pizza OR late afternoon ice cream. We took in three Cape Cod League games (one in Brewster, Harwich and Chatham). Great week spent very active and yet relaxing! Loved it!

Sebastian’s house was perfect for our family of four! This house is all about the views. It’s literally on the beach - you can’t get any closer! From inside the house, you have panoramic views of both the ocean and the marsh, which really made it special. We were the first people to rent this house from Sebastian, so we made sure we asked a lot of questions up front so we knew what to expect. Sebastian was always available to address any issues we had, and even ordered some things to have sent to the house during our stay. He was a fantastic host!

This home was perfect for a short term rental while we had renovations done on our home. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. answered all questions quickly & were very responsive! The property is very private and quiet, set back on a dead-end street. Definitely recommend this property.

Wonderful place. Majestic views. Lived the beach and all the space. Something’s were outdated and some things lacked readily available instruction. Tried to light the wood stove and there was no kindling wood. Can’t go from paper to log easily. One bed room had no tv and two had a tv but no type of fire stick or capability to watch anything. For the main bed room I would’ve like a king size bed. Some of the windows were broken and not functional. 2 out of 3 bathrooms were amazing with heated floors. Plenty of towels and linen. I would definitely come back. The view and peace from the ocean is really the selling factor on this place. The pool table and foosball table were lacking full size. I’d rather one full size pool table or one full size foosball. The mini tables were not enjoyable. Appliances were brand new minus the blender. A nicer dining room table would be nice. Did not enjoy the plastic over the table. Need to post instructions on hot tub care with more chemicals.

This is our second stay at the Bay House. It was just as beautiful as the first time we visited. The home is very comfortable and relaxing. The many sitting areas allowed us to spend time quality time with our family whether it was sitting on the deck in the sunshine or playing board games in the evening. The Bay House is very peaceful and quiet with amazing southerly views of Buzzards Bay. We spent a lot of time just sitting, relaxing and watching the boats traveling by. It is very peaceful. We brought our bikes and pedaled to the Canal trail up to Sandwich and back. We also took the bikes on the ferry to Oaks Bluff and rode to Edgartown and back. Great rides! We brought our kayaks and did some fishing out front a couple of times. We caught some nice Black Sea bass and some small dogfish sharks! One was close to 3 feet! Jaw's 50th anniversary! Posy is a great host and very responsive. Highly Highly recommend staying at their families' Bay House on Buzzards Bay!

Kerri's place is beautiful and close to everything you'll need for Cape vacation. The house is right on the Swan River, with easy access for kayaks. You can paddle to the ocean or to Swan Pond easily...just keep an eye on the tides if you don't work hard against the current. She was an attentive host, with a beautiful, sparkling clean home. You'll love sitting outside for your morning coffee or spending the evening sitting around the fire pit.

We had such a relaxing and memorable stay at this beautiful Green Harbor cottage! The home was spotless and clearly newly renovated, with a bright, open layout that felt both cozy and modern. The kitchen had everything we needed, and we loved having laundry in-unit—such a plus for beach days. The location is perfect—tucked away on a quiet street, yet just a short walk to the beach and amazing local seafood. We also appreciated how close we were to great restaurants and grocery stores. The backyard was a peaceful spot to unwind in the evenings, and we made good use of the grill. The host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful—everything was easy from check-in to checkout. It was clear they really care, with thoughtful touches throughout (including fresh eggs waiting for us on arrival!). We’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beachside escape close to Boston. A peaceful, easy getaway—we’d love to come back!

Lloyd was friendly and got back to us right away for our quick trip to Falmouth. We were looking for a spot that was central to a few places we were heading and friends we were visiting. The house has a great layout for traveling with kids with bedrooms and bathroom on opposite ends of the house. The master bath was great with a huge walk-in shower. It was immaculate and had everything we needed and even some extras! The deck and outside dining space is lovely and we wished we had better weather to have enjoyed it more! Thank you again!

We stayed at Eric’s for a wedding at the Wychmere and it could not have been a better experience! He was SO accommodating and generous and the house was absolutely perfect. Great location, so clean and central air. Definitely recommend!!
