There is an outside sitting area, expansive, private backyard including a gas grill. The kitchen is well appointed including tile backsplash, stainless appliances, Quartz countertops and more. We are a half a block to main street, two blocks to the harbor and the Martha's vineyard ferries. We are also less than a mile to the ocean.

We also have a gas fired fireplace to keep you cozy. Outside shower for days at the beach. We have one single kayak, two double Kayaks, a rowboat and a canoe for a scenic view of Great Bay. Quiet spot.
