Niché en pleine nature au coeur de la Chartreuse, venez découvrir notre dôme indépendant au sein de notre petite exploitation agricole Quintessence de Chartreuse, dédiée aux plantes. Vous serez charmé(e)(s) par la vue sur la vallée, les falaises à 360° avec le Grand Som en fond. Notre maison et les locaux de la ferme se trouvent à 80 mètres du dôme et de sa terrasse, sans vis-à-vis. Si vous souhaitez rester plusieurs nuits n'hésitez pas à demander des informations.

Petit cocon refait à neuf. Il nous sert de "chambre d'amis ".Il se situe dans l'hypercentre de Faverges,à proximité de toutes commodités. Il offre une vue magnifique sur le château et la dent de Cons juste derrière. Au pied du massif des Bauges, à mi chemin entre Annecy et Albertville (environ 20km) , nous avons la chance de vivre dans un environnement magnifique. La piste cyclable qui relie Albertville/ Annecy (et qui fait le tour du lac d'Annecy) est à deux pas.

Mon logement est proche des plages du lac d'Annecy et des stations de ski. Situé au fond d'une impasse, vous l'apprécierez pour le calme, la vue sur les montagnes et la vallée et sa terrasse extérieure avec barbecue. Le lieu est idéal pour les amateurs de cyclisme, VTT, randonnée, escalade, parapente, baignade et en hiver pour le ski de piste, de randonnée ou nordique et les balades en raquettes... Le télétravail est facilité par une connexion Wifi rapide (fibre).

We welcome you all year round in our yurts located at the entrance of the Bauges mountain range between lake and mountains (10 min from Lake Annecy and 15 min from La Sambuy ski resort). Traditional Mongolian yurts. They are equipped with stoves for winter cocooning evenings. For your comfort you have a common area composed of a lounge, living room and equipped kitchen. A sanitary area is at your disposal (one shower per yurt and two sinks) and an optional sauna.

The house produces its electricity from solar panels and is heated with locally produced wood pellets.
