Duplex apartment of 60 m2 located in the old Faverges. With private and secure room for ski storage, bikes, strollers,... Lockbox for check-in. Very high speed internet through fiber optics. Right in the center while being on a very quiet street with all amenities (shops, library, market,...). 20 minutes from Sambuy resort and 10 minutes from Lake Annecy.
