A very nice, impeccable, quiet accommodation and a warm welcome in a friendly small condominium. A parking space and a cellar to put your bikes: convenient.

The place was perfect for these few days of rest. Shops, restaurants, and lakes nearby.

Great accommodation in the heart of Aix les Bains, right in front of the casino with a magnificent view of the mountains. I would 100% recommend this place. The only downside is the garage (which still deserves to be there) very complicated maneuvers to get in and out, old-fashioned box with a wall just in front, strongly not recommended for SUV-type vehicles, for info I parked a Touran after a few unsuccessful attempts.

A real impeccable cocoon and impeccably clean. The apartment is perfectly thought out, equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The setting is quiet and relaxing, ideal for relaxation. Special mention for the warm welcome, accompanied by valuable advice and recommendations: it's much better than a free check-in. A place to remember without hesitation!

The directions were very clear and Jérôme was very responsive to each of my questions. The accommodation is very nice and the terrace very spacious. The railway line passes right next to it but it has no impact because very few or no trains pass. We had a very good stay in a healthy apartment.

Fabulous place , friendly host ,within walking distance of the best boulangerie in the area ,the beach ,the lake and the local restaurants , on a voie verte , with parking , super garden for outdoor eating , lovely accommodation . Hope to go there again if we need accommodation in the area

ground floor apartment with a beautiful terrace sheltered from view. The studio is comfortable, the kitchen is practical and well-equipped, even if I only spent one night. City center within walking distance in 5 min, restaurants, park... very nice host.

Full studio, very well structured and organized, a warm and comfortable environment to spend the season. The location is perfect, very quiet, at the top of the mountain, next to the ski slopes of Praz-sur-Arly and close to Megève. The view is incredibly beautiful. Rose is a very kind person, she gave us all the right instructions and is always available to answer questions. I recommend it without hesitating!

Thoma was always very kind and accommodated our request for both early check-in and extended check-out. The accommodation is very nice and is located in a very quiet area in the green of the "bagues", a few minutes from the Rumilly lake and only 10 minutes from Annecy. I would gladly return to Thomas' accommodation, a great experience.

Place was exactly as shown in the photos. Charlotte was easy to communicate with. Thanks for accommodating to our last minute reservation. We liked that there is a private parking space but if the garage is full, it would be slightly challenging to get out from the garage other than that everything else was perfect.

Very responsive host (Small problem dealt with almost instantly!) with good communication. Clear instructions to get in. Central location that was also quiet . Easy to walk to local restaurants ( good recommendations from host) even with my crutch ( notes there is 2 flights of steps to flat) Immaculately clean & well presented studio flat. We didn’t do any cooking but simple hot plate & microwave, fridge & Nespresso coffee machine. Hot shower.

It is a very functional apartment, nicely arranged, convenient, clean and nice. Chantal takes great care of her "vacationers". Of course, we want to come back, and Albertville is well located for visiting this beautiful region! Anyway, and to summarize, everything was PERFECT!

spacious and very bright apartment. We were able to have breakfast on the terrace and enjoy the very good exposure. For a stay at the end of May, the residence was very quiet, a really peaceful place, really great landscaping! We were also able to enjoy the pool and spa after our beautiful hikes.

Amazing view for this peaceful, clean and very well decorated accommodation, about 20 minutes walk from downtown (very pleasant walking tour). The Spa is a real plus, great services. Excellent stay, to be repeated:-))

Everything is very good... Except for me, the contact. You give it importance where you don't, but I haven't had any contact with Christele except by SMS. This is not my vision of Airbnb, but a perfectly liberal vision... Just the feeling of being a cash drawer, two text messages to remind me to leave at 10 a.m. for the next tenant and that's it. I'm giving 5 stars because I don't want to harm Christele... But maybe Christele is called Georges... Basically, I don't know... I'm probably old-fashioned... I send a final text message to inform them of my departure... And nothing, no return, not even a good road... quickly to the next!! In short, for the rest of the services... nothing to complain about, the value for money is very decent, this rental was efficient, profitable, productive. Thank you, Georges...

Warm welcome from Charline. Very well equipped, new, super clean apartment in the heart of the village. Charline was kind enough to postpone our departure time so as to enjoy our stay longer. I highly recommend it!

A cosy appartment with a phenomenal view, very well located in Arcs 1600 with direct access to ski slopes. Nice terrass too. Good parking place as well where the car is parked safe and shielded. Excellent communication and clear instructions on how to get there.

We had the most wonderful stay, Séverine was incredibly welcoming and even arranged for us to be picked up from the station! On arrival in the apartment we were given a detailed tour and they accompanied the welcome with a gift box which was very kind! The apartment itself is gorgeous and the additions of the tennis court and swimming pool included make it incredible value for money, not to mention the apartment being only a 20-30 minute walk from both the lake and the town! We cannot recommend enough!
