Very nice cozy peaceful apartment overlooking the park side with a beautiful lake view in the shade for very hot days. Everything is done for a pleasant stay, the air conditioning is a real plus. Quality equipment (kitchen, bathroom) and very comfortable beds. Thank you to Sylvie the owner and Carole who received us for their kindness and hospitality.

We had the chance to spend a weekend with friends at Dominique's place and we're more than happy! The place is really great, the location is really great and there is enough parking. Dominique is a really great host, he was incredibly kind. We're already thinking about coming back with our families!

Lovely house in a quiet area of the lake, easy to travel into Annecy via bus although takes about 30-40 minutes. local swimming spots and restaurants were really nice. Anne was a very helpful and attentive host who helped us with any issues etc. throughout our stay. Would definitely stay again!

Studio ideally located in a fairly quiet building, very clean and with everything you need. Very fluid communication with the owners. There's nothing to complain about, I recommend this accommodation :)

Great apartment with a really amazing view..

Emilie’s place is just like the pictures, super cute. Set in the peaceful village of Doussard, at a welcome distance from the beautiful but busy town of Annecy. Bring or hire bikes for the short cycle to the lake for a delicious swim in Europes cleanest lake. You are spoilt for choice for things to do or you can chill watching the paragliders floating from col de Forclaz. Thank you Emilie for your support and help when the final day of our holiday took an unexpected turn. You (and Praline) are worth more than 🌟 🌟 🌟🌟🌟

Franck and Anne-laure are very welcoming, caring. The apartment is super cool, a beautiful view of the lake and mountains. Anne-Laure gave me the good addresses of the restaurants and activities to do. The apartment is next to the lake, the small port. You feel good there. You can see that the owners are careful. I will recommend these hosts.

Place was exactly as shown in the photos. Charlotte was easy to communicate with. Thanks for accommodating to our last minute reservation. We liked that there is a private parking space but if the garage is full, it would be slightly challenging to get out from the garage other than that everything else was perfect.
