En rez-de-jardin d'un chalet à 15mn du domaine skiable de Manigod (liaison skiable La Clusaz), et 25mn d'Annecy. Le propriétaire vit dans le chalet au dessus mais le gîte est totalement indépendant et sans espaces communs ni avec d'autres locataires, ni avec les hôtes. Parking 2 voitures. Possibilité option ménage à régler sur place : 30€.

Petit cocon refait à neuf. Il nous sert de "chambre d'amis ".Il se situe dans l'hypercentre de Faverges,à proximité de toutes commodités. Il offre une vue magnifique sur le château et la dent de Cons juste derrière. Au pied du massif des Bauges, à mi chemin entre Annecy et Albertville (environ 20km) , nous avons la chance de vivre dans un environnement magnifique. La piste cyclable qui relie Albertville/ Annecy (et qui fait le tour du lac d'Annecy) est à deux pas.

Situé au fond d'une impasse, vous l'apprécierez pour le calme, la vue sur les montagnes et la vallée et sa terrasse extérieure avec barbecue. Le lieu est idéal pour les amateurs de cyclisme, VTT, randonnée, escalade, parapente, baignade et en hiver pour le ski de piste, de randonnée ou nordique et les balades en raquettes... Le télétravail est facilité par une connexion Wifi rapide (fibre).

We welcome you all year round in our yurts located at the entrance of the Bauges mountain range between lake and mountains (10 min from Lake Annecy and 15 min from La Sambuy ski resort). Traditional Mongolian yurts. They are equipped with stoves for winter cocooning evenings. For your comfort you have a common area composed of a lounge, living room and equipped kitchen. A sanitary area is at your disposal (one shower per yurt and two sinks) and an optional sauna.

Discover the contemporary refinement of this house in Verthier, 74! The large living room offers a comfortable space, while the two bedrooms and the mezzanine add a touch of elegance. The pretty fully fenced garden completes the package. Lake and bike trails are very close by. A free shuttle to Crest-Voland Cohenoz ski resort is 5 minutes away. The house produces its electricity from solar panels and is heated with locally produced wood pellets.

Located at the end of a cul-de-sac with three houses, including our own, Dream Catcher is designed for 2 people ( not suitable for children and babies ) Access is easy in summer - in winter the path is cleared of snow by us (snow equipment obligatory). Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay, in the diplex of the chalet. Welcome to our little hamlet called Glaise 780m, there are about 15 houses based here. We are lucky to have the Chocolatier Daniel Botte based a 2-minute walk up the road. The downstairs of his house is converted into a quaint little chocolate shop, which is all hand-made, So if you like artisan French chocolate this could be the house for you!
