New rental, all renovated and very well located. Lake Annecy is less than 10 minutes away (about 4 km) and the nearest ski resorts are 20 minutes away. Numerous leisure activities nearby, such as paragliding, canyoning, hiking and many others... The bike path that allows to go around the lake, is accessible from the village.
