It is suitable for business trips, Munich Fair 5 minutes by car, Marienplatz approx. 20 minutes away and suitable for short breaks. One parking space (street) is located in front of the property. 2 minutes' walk is a bus stop. The bus runs to the Riem S-Bahn [suburban train] station (5 minutes) and to Messestadt West (approx. 10 minutes). In 5 minutes' walk is a Rewe, DM, Lidl.

Nice neighborhood and supermarket, fruit and vegetable shop and a little square for the kids to play are just 200 metres far away, which u can see through the big window in the living room. 8 minutes walk u will arrive s bahn 6, station baldham, and S6 will take u directly to the city centre of Munich. if u drive by car, u can park on the street, which is free. welcome to my little nice apartment. I will always there for u when u check in.
