Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Ferrara

Wir haben hier zu dritt ein verlängertes Wochenende verbracht. Absolut perfekte Lage. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Stadtzentrum, 2 Minuten von der Piazza Maggiore entfernt. Wir haben sehr gute Empfehlungen bekommen, besonders das Eis bei der Cremeria Santo Stefano hat uns besonders gut geschmeckt. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir empfangen, haben sogar eine Flasche Wasser geschenkt bekommen. Wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt, da alles sauber und gepflegt war. Es hatte sogar einen kleinen Vorrat an Kaffee. Können wir nur weiterempfehlen.

Franca and Mario met us upon our arrival. They were flexible enough to allow us early check in. Moreover, they made it a point to recommend to us places to visit and places for food. The Abnb is just across the Bologna Station yet there is no noice due to the station‘s design. Last but not least, there is nothing ‘Tiny’ about the Abnb as it’s spacious and full of amenities.

Ivan was terrific - helpful with check-in and recommendations and very responsive with any questions we had. Location was amazing and steps away from everything we wanted to see and experience in Bologna. Would definitely recommend!

Eine wirklich schöne und topgepflegte Wohnung. Die Lage ist super: sehr zentral und gleichzeitig sehr ruhig, da die Wohnung in einem Hinterhof liegt. Alles ist zu Fuß super erreichbar. Sowohl Einkaufsmöglichkeiten als auch Restaurants und Bars befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Kommunikation mit Soraya war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder wählen.

Fabulous location, right in the centre of the old town. Everything on walking distance but still with a drop off by taxi at the door. Lovely, bright, modern apartment. Will definitely stay here again.

Great stay. Well localized and nice set up at the apartment. WiFi was very spotty in the master bedroom and nonexistent in the master bathroom. If they upgrade to a more powerful router, I’d stay again. (They claim to have fiber internet, but I explained that you need a powerful enough WiFi signal if you want to deliver internet across space).

Alloggio molto carino , accogliente e confortevole gode di ottima posizione nel cuore di Bologna , silenzioso, pulito , soluzione ideale per ogni esigenza.

Ci siamo trovati bene sin da subito! Con me e mia zia c’era anche il mio bambino di un anno e mezzo e gli spazi erano sicuri e puliti, accoglienti. È stato tutto perfetto, il soggiorno, le varie stanze, la posizione, proprio tutto! Sicuramente chiederò disponibilità nel caso dovessimo recarci di nuovo a Bologna. L’host è stata gentile e amichevole, abbiamo comunicato facilmente ed è stata sempre presente quando ho avuto bisogno di aiuto. Nell’appartamento c’era tutto il necessario é stato come essere a casa. C’erano anche di verande, abbiamo potuto stendere da una parte e rilassarci nelle sedie dell’altra veranda. Comodo l’accesso col passeggino sia nella rampa che con l’ascensore. Insomma ci siamo trovati davvero bene in tutto e per tutto! É stata un’esperienza e un soggiorno di 3 notti bellissimo! Torneremo! Sara, Valentina e Leonardo 💙💜🩵

The property is great, bigger than expected. It has all the ammenities you may need and the fridge is stacked with water and some sodas, what was amazing on the hot day that we arrived. The road at the back, perpendicular to the house has loads of nice bars and restaurants were you will find all the locals hanging around. About 30min walk from the Bologna train station. Gian Luca is super nice and responsive, and gave us some really great suggestions. Deffinatelly recommend for anyone visiting Bologna or near by towns.

Had a lovely stay. The house is large and there is a good useable outdoor space. Great place to explore the region but you do need a car as resturants and supermarkets are not in easy walking distance. There are a lot of steps to the upstairs bedroom which have 2 single large beds but it is large with a lovely big window. The down stairs bedroom is lovely and large. The kitchen area has everything you need. The shower took a bit of time to get used too but perfectly usable. Michela was very welcoming and helpful.

Elsa war eine außergewöhnliche Gastgeberin. Ich würde sechs Sterne vergeben wenn das möglich wäre. Ihre Hilfsbereitschaft und Freundlichkeit sind unübertrefflich. Die Wohnung ist absolute Spitze. Es fehlt an nichts. Wer die Möglichkeit hat, sollte bei Bedarf zugreifen. Man wird es nicht bereuen. Alle berühmten Ziele in der Region sind kurzfristig von der Wohnung aus erreicht werden,

Marco and Pia are amazing hosts! Their home is very well done and very comfortable! We had everything we needed! Walking distance to the train, which was convenient for us!!

A Magical Stay in the Heart of Italy From the moment we arrived, we knew we had found something truly special. This charming Airbnb, nestled in the heart of Italy, felt like a home away from home. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and full of thoughtful touches that showed how much care had gone into every detail. What truly made our stay unforgettable, however, was our wonderful hostess Frederica. She was warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. Her hospitality made us feel like more than just guests more we felt like part of the family. We can’t recommend this place enough it’s a little slice of Italian paradise, and we can’t wait to return.

A delightful place to stay in a fabulous city . Location is ideal , only a short walk to Bologna Centrale train station and to the historic city centre. A peaceful location with plenty cafes , restaurants and shops nearby . Giacomo and Tanja are excellent hosts , giving clear instructions on how to operate the air conditioning etc and always responsive to queries . Thoroughly recommend this apartment .

Wij waren met 1 doel in Bologna: De beste restaurants ontdekken. Daarvoor was het appartement perfect gelegen. Da Me, Diana en I Carracci allemaal op wandelafstand. Enoteca Italiana vlakbij.

Excellent location. Really nice amount of space. Great communication. Pay attention to ZTL parking. There are free spaces a short walking distance from the property no problem.

Diese Wohnung erfüllt alle Ansprüche. Ich habe mich sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Marco und Chiara haben zu Beginn, als ich noch ein oder zwei Fragen hatte, sofort geantwortet und hilfreiche Tipps ipps gegeben. Die Wohnung ist hell, hat Morgen- und Abendsonne und ist gut gelegen - 7-8‘ von der Porta Maggiore und damit der sehr schönen Strada Maggiore mit vielen Geschäften, Bars und Einkausmöglichkeiten entfernt. Die Wohnung ist auch ruhig, die Nachbarn sehr freundlich, wenn man sich sieht. Auch die Strasse, in welcher die Wohnung liegt, ist sehr schön und hat Zonenparkplätze, die sich über eine app bezahlen lassen. Fazit: Gastgeber topp, Wohnung super (ich werde zurückkommen) und die Stadt grosse Klasse! Es war alles perfekt.

Il nostro soggiorno è stato semplicemente perfetto! L’alloggio è arredato con grande gusto in uno stile moderno rivisitato, curato nei minimi dettagli. Era presente tutto l’occorrente per sentirsi come a casa, e ogni spazio risultava accogliente e funzionale. Un grande ringraziamento anche agli host Sabrina e Carlo, sempre cordiali, disponibili e pronti a rispondere tramite chat in modo rapido ed efficiente. Esperienza eccellente, da ripetere senza esitazioni!!

We loved staying at this Airbnb! It is steps away from the train station which was perfect for our family since we did a lot of day trips from Bologna. The host was so helpful, responsive, and a great communicator! Highly recommend!

Sehr schöne, geräumige Wohnung, sehr gut ausgestattet und gut gelegen für Stadterkundungen. Bester Eisladen der Stadt nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Und das Highlight ist der Balkon, auf dem sich morgens ein Kaffee in der Sonne genießen lässt.

Die Unterkunft ist wunderbar, perfekt gelegen für Unternehmungen und Sergio ist ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Die Empfehlungen für die Gegend waren hervorragend und das Apartment ist sauber und sehr authentisch und schön! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder. Danke für alles.

Perfekte Unterkunft, um Bologna mit dem Auto zu besuchen. Sobald geparkt, kann das Zentrum mit allen Sehenswürdigkeiten perfekt zu Fuss erreicht werden. Ein weiterer toller Pluspunkt: die Wohnung hat eine sehr gut funktionierende Klimaanlage - im Sommer wie jetzt bei 35 oder mehr Grad unabdingbar.
