The premium apartment is 60 sq m, it has a living room and a bedroom. It can accommodate 4 people. The equipment includes underfloor heating, bathroom with shower, modern kitchen fully equipped - induction hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker, dining room, living room with sleeping arrangement and bedroom with double bed. In the building there are four apartments of the same standard for rent, giving the possibility of overnight stays for 16 to 18 people simultaneously.

On the way to the cottage you will get to know our 4 sheep. You can welcome the day in the morning sun with breakfast on the veranda. Our "walnut hut" is located near the Listertalsperre on our property at a small pond. The cottage is newly renovated in 2021 and can be lived in all year round. Nature lovers will find numerous hiking trails, sports enthusiasts offers such as horseback riding at the in-house riding facility, water sports at the Listertalsperre, climbing or skiing.
