Unique pigsty outside Borås

A quarter of an hour outside Borås in Fritsla, this brick building was a pigsty 100 years ago. Here you can enjoy nature and Häggån, which flows 10 meters from the house. It is a quiet area with two other residential buildings a few hundred meters away. The house consists of a single large living room of 100 m2 with kitchen, dining area and sofa area with fireplace. Avskillt men nära till både centrum, kollektivtrafiken, ett flertal sjöar och lugnet. Villa i tre plan med fyra sovrum med totalt 6 sängplatser. (spjälsäng finns om så önskas) Ett väldigt barnvänligt hem med gott om leksaker och aktiviteter för alla åldrar. Sängkläder ingår ej men går att hyra för 100kr/person.

The house was renovated in 2017 and impresses our guests with its interior design. Here, solo travelers, couples and families alike feel comfortable. There is also the possibility for befriended travelers to rent the neighboring beach cabin and Kilstrand house at the same time and thus be on the go with friends and still maintain their retreat option.
