Home away from Home ❤️ loved the town that was walkable to everything. After two busy days in Rome, my husband and I enjoy walking to wineries, finding hidden churches and eating at the wonderful local restaurants. This Airbnb is a true gem ! Grazie- The Mixon Family

I can not say enough about Alessandra and her amazing land! It was the most magical place we have ever been to. We are taking a 3 month trip, hitting up 21 cities in Europe and this is BY far the best! She was so kind and took us shopping and back to our train! She was always there when we needed her.thank you Alessandra we will see you next year!

My husband and I, plus our French Bulldog, had the pleasure of staying here for just over 3 weeks. Immediately felt like home, and host family had everything to do with that! Highly recommend. stunning views, fabulous location and some of the most gracious people I've ever met.

Hands down our favorite part of our two weeks in Italy! Casa Al Poggio was our Tuscan home away from home. We went and did all the things… Florence, Cinque Terre, San Gimignano, Montepulciano, etc. But coming “home” to this place was the best. So peaceful and picturesque looking across the valley at the Badia Di Passignano. We cooked many meals in the well stocked kitchen and my husband loved the rustic BBQ. Fresh herbs in the garden and the smell of jasmine blooming on the patio. Book yourself extra time here…you won’t want to leave! Emanuele & Tamara are the kindest people. Take them up on all of their restaurant recommendations. Everyone one was a hit! We can’t wait to go back.

This place is absolutely stunning! Alessandro is the most amazing host- very flexible with our late check in and early leaving time- even brought us a cappuccino at 3:30am before we left! Couldn’t recommend more- we will definitely be back- thank you for the most amazing stay!

Great base to explore Florence with all the amenities you need. We really appreciated all the coffee pods! Matteo was an excellent host, accommodating an early check in and booking us a taxi. The house is a 20 minute walk into the tourist spots, which is further than you think in the Summer heat! Recommend eating/drinking in the local bars rather than across the river, it’s a great neighbourhood. Santarosa Bistrot and Piazza Santo Spirito were our favourites. Highly recommend!

This was a lovely, centrally located and spacious apartment. Lots of stairs but there is also a small elevator - you can take multiple trips up with luggage. It was clean and tastefully decorated. The outdoor terrace was beautiful with flowers and a stunning view of the duomo. 2 bathrooms with one smaller than the other - typical euro bathrooms and they were clean. The a/c worked well. Walkable to everything. My only comment - which is not about the apartment itself - is that the area immediately surrounding the duomo wasn’t as pretty as I thought it would be. Duomo was gorgeous, but the immediate area felt surrounded with some shady characters. Next time we might try to stay near the piazza Santa trinita which felt more upscale. Carlotta is a great host and communicated clearly and frequently with local recommendations. I’d recommend this rental.

We really enjoyed our stay at Cossimo’s. He and Francesca were so welcoming and kind. They answered every question we had and were even kind enough to let us check in a bit early- so so appreciated because we hadn’t slept in nearly 30 hours. Highly recommend!

Our stay at this beautiful apartment was nothing short of a dream. It was perfect for my partner and I. The location was walkable to the city center and the hosts were so friendly, giving us so many great recommendations. The apartment itself was perfect for two people and very clean. Hopefully I get to return to Florence soon, and if I do I will make sure to stay here again.

Massimiliano’s place was incredible. Quite a few stairs up to the apartment (but is the same as all stays in the region). The view from the balcony is unbelievably worth it and the 4 of us thoroughly enjoyed a night up there with local wine and the sunset. The bedrooms were quite spacious with room for suitcases to remain open, and shared spaces throughout the apartment were generous enough for the small time spent inside. Thank you Max!

We actually were unable to stay here because my husband was hospitalized in Venice. The communication and understanding us having to cancel was tremendous. We have stayed in the neighborhood before and loved the area and walkable to everything we needed. Also just a couple of blocks from the train station which made this more attractive. Hopefully we will be able to visit someday.

Beautiful house, a short walk from the Piazzale Michelangelo for a stunning viewpoint. Francesca is an amazing host, very friendly and dedicated to making our stay enjoyable. The house was clean and well stocked with essentials, and the air conditioning worked very well. She gave us lots of recommendations and information on the area too. The area itself is incredibly peaceful and you can enjoy a quiet evening in the beautiful garden. We would come back again!

This is your place for Florence! It was a perfect 2/2. Both rooms were really equal. Both bedrooms just outside the main bedroom and both with nice windows to open. Only one had the small patio for two people to enjoy. The location was great. You could do Taxi or Uber or even walk to main areas within 10 minutes. Our host met us to go over checkin and we were able to check in with luggage 2 hours early. The train was a 10 min walk, not bad with luggage unless you overpack like I did. Don’t do it. One backpack and one rolling luggage is all you need. Oh, the beds-wow!!!! They were nice and had beautiful bedding to help you sleep well. My 50th in Florence was epic!

Lola was an absolute darling. If I lived in town, I would have her as my friend. I will definitely be back. She’s very responsive and her place is adorable. She had some snacks and drinks waiting for us and was very helpful with helping store our luggage while we spent our last day sightseeing.

Rosy is a 6-star host! She is incredibly friendly and communicates clearly and thoroughly. One of the best in my experience. Casa Colonna was 100% lovely and perfect for our stay. The beds and baths were great, the AC was cold, and the view from the balcony is underrated — clear views of the Duomo and Palazzo Vecchio, as well as the hills. It’s about a 10-minute walk to the Duomo, which is the epicenter of Florence. There are not too many eateries immediately by the place, but within 5 minutes you’re near a ton. I would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Matteo is really nice and has a good impression. We had a great time in Florence thanks to Macheo. The balcony in his house was the best experience. Thank you, Ms. Matteo, for being so kind. I would definitely see you again if I visit Florence again.

Martina was so kind and helpful, she even gave us a brief tour of the apartment upon check in. She ensured we knew where everything was located and she has a binder of any information needed. We enjoyed the seating area in front for breakfast and coffee. We loved how close the apartment is from the train station so we could walk to and from to save us time and some money. The location is very walkable to many restaurants, shops and sights. We loved that there is a grocery store near by and also a "sight seeing bus" stop around the corner. We found the bedding comfortable and the apartment felt safe. Everything is very nice and ready for guests who may decide to have a meal in vs going out too.

Location was perfect, walking distance to everything. A/C was cold which was so needed during the hot summer days. Loved the terrace. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Loved it!

This place was amazing. The inside is just like the pictures and has plenty of room. The location is also prime. Very close to everything. They gave us a welcome gift and walked us through it all really make it feel like home. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to everyone.

We enjoyed our stay in Florence and this apartment was perfect for us. It was in a convenient location to walk to all the main sites and restaurants. It was very hot, so we enjoyed the air conditioning. It had all the amenities as outlined in the description. We wish there was an umbrella on the roof top patio so we could have enjoyed it more, however, we did sit out for early morning coffee and a late night glass of wine. Tatiana met us on arrival and reserved our taxi to the airport. We would recommend this apartment and would stay again.

Our group of three adults had a wonderful stay at this apartment. We enjoyed the space and all the amenities at hand. Hosts provide clear instructions ( the stairs are what they are!) and are friendly and responsive. The space is bigger than we expected with quality furniture, linens and everything we needed for our stay. The location is second to none and everything is walkable. This truly felt like a little bit of luxury in our Italian adventures, a highlight was the terrace where we spent a lot of our downtime relaxing. Highly recommend!
