Holiday rentals with a patio in Florence

We stayed in Florence for a couple of days and really liked the apartment! The self check-in process was simple, and the apartment is located on the ground floor with a small private courtyard—perfect for evening tea or morning breakfast. It was clean and cozy, with everything you might need, from hand soap to laundry detergent. Highly recommended!

Everything was just as stated in the listing. Excellent appartement, helpful and easy-to-reach host. Pretty quiet neighborhood also. Two supermarkets right down the street - an all-in-all excellent stay.

Tutto perfetto, estremamente pulito, facilmente accessibile, Netflix super e clima, molto utile contro il caldo umido della città! Co siamo trovati benissimo e Michele e Luca super gentili ci hanno dato molti consigli anche sulle cose vicine da vedere! Stra consigliato e grazie ancora agli Host ☺️

L' appartamento è situato vicino alle Cascine, 5 Min a piedi dalla Tramvia per il Centro. É piccolo ma ha tutto per sentirsi bene e la posizione é ideale per visitare Firenze. Per noi poi perfetto per il Concerto alla Visarno Arena raggiungibile a piedi. il check era senza complicazioni e Marta molto disponibile a lasciarci fare anche il Checkout tardi, abbiamo apprezzato di non dover lasciare la appartamento subito alle 11.00 ma in pomeriggio...evitando così di stare in città al caldo visto che il nostro bus partiva la sera. Torneremo!

Great location. Being close to the train station means you can quickly drop your bags and start exploring. Apartment well decorated with beautiful kitchen and eating space. Walking distance to all the attractions.

We originally planned to stay at Bryan’s place over the weekend just to explore nearby Florence, but the charm of his home completely stole the show. Florence felt like the cherry on top instead of the other way around. Nestled in a huge, lush garden bursting with hundreds of flowers and all kinds of trees, and staying in a cozy apartment that felt like a little museum, we had such a wonderful, memorable experience that left us feeling truly happy. Bryan was not only super friendly and easy to talk to, but also incredibly welcoming and helpful. Next time we’re in Florence or any nearby town, there’s no question - we’ll be coming back here!

We really enjoyed our stay here in the jungle. This was only our second Airbnb experience and we couldn't have been happier, instructions were clear and we were always answered within a few minutes if we had any queries. It's located in a prefect area for the city. The apartment was spotless and there was a lot of attention to detail. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay, we will definitely return when we next stay in Florence.

We loved staying here! the views out of the terrace and even the bathroom window were something I’ve never seen before, right out of a movie. About a 15 minute drive to the closest city, San Miniato, which has great restaurants. This was such a charming & peaceful place to stay in Tuscany, and the visits from the neighborhood cats on the terrace was a bonus! :)

This place is so beautiful! After a crazy day in Florence it was nice to go back to this peaceful beauty. Laura and her family were so nice and helped us with any questions we had about the area. The house is big too so gave us a little space from the kids for a bit too lol

Incredible townhouse located just a few kilometers from the busy city center. It was nice to be able to sit out and relax in the private courtyard. The large kitchen was fully equipped and there were even coffee pods and small cakes available on the counter. Tom's communication was detailed and very responsive. We felt completely at home the moment we entered. Excellent value for the price, thank you, Tom!

Great place for peace, quiet and beautiful mountain view from the private garden of this historic chapel. Our hosts, Titti and Antonio, were attentive and extremely helpful in our brief moment of crisis with our rental car issue. We had a beautiful time and a wonderful stay! We highly recommend this gorgeous property for your personal sanctuary with nature.

Küche bestens ausgestattet (Geräte, Geschirr, Utensilien, Gewürze, Öl , Spüli etc.) Modernes Bad, ausreichend frische Handtücher. 2 Schlafzimmer (Durchgang) und Bad/WC im Obergeschoss, Wohnzimmer und Küche im 1. Stock. Im Untergeschoss separates kleines Appartement mit Bad/WC und Küche und Waschmaschine. Zur Begrüßung erwarteten uns Wein, Wasser und ein Frühstück. In Empoli (ca 10 min.) großes Einkaufszentrum, Geschäfte und Lokale. Wer antike Architektur und Möbel, Natur und Ruhe liebt wird sich wie wir sehr wohlfühlen! 🤩 Aufgrund mehrerer steiler Treppen für Kleinkinder und mobilitätseingeschränkte Personen nicht zu empfehlen. Korteri juurde viib kitsas ühesuunaline tee. Parkimine on võimalik umbes 500m eemal kirikuparklas, mis oli küllaltki mugav. Arvestada tuleb, et korteris on vaid üks voodi, kõik ülejäänud mahamiskohad on kas diivanid või välivoodi. Askukoht oli mugavalt nt Michelangelo väljaku vahetusläheduses, kust oli väga ilus vaade linnale.

Where do I start. Words do not express how beautiful this place is. Very very quiet and peaceful. We only spent 3 days. Visited a winery that Bianca setup for us at short notice. We were ill prepared and did not have a car to get around but worked out really well for us. We walked about 15 minutes into town close by and did a little grocery shopping. Bianca is an excellent host. I would definitely recommend this rustic gem. Until next time

We loved our stay. Just a short walk or bus to the centre of Florence. We adored the space, felt like a true taste of Italy. The hosts were so helpful and went above and beyond when my partners bag was lost by the airline at the airport. They helped us organise getting it to the airbnb. We are super thankful and grateful for that. The dogs were SO cute also, but only met them as we were leaving the property.

We absolutely loved this Airbnb! The location was perfect - walkable to everything in Florence. The host was very quick to respond and very polite. The apartment itself is very spacious, clean, modern and great for a group of 6. It is a lot of stairs - this was actually a positive thing for us, as we needed a little exercise to burn off all of the pizza consumption haha. But be prepared that you will need to get your suitcases up / down the stairs. Overall we loved this spot and definitely would book it again!

Daniela's place in Florence was the perfect balance of a quiet neighborhood and being close to the city center. The apartment was comfortable and clean and was only a 2-3min walk to the tram that takes you right to the city center of Florence where all the iconic sights and food can be reached. The apartment also had had all the necessary amenities for a few nights stay. The laundry machine and drying rack were easily available and were a much appreciated amenity. There was also a lockable, enclosed one car garage reserved for the apartment that we left our car in during our stay. The neighborhood also felt very safe and quiet even at night. Daniela was a great host who was very responsive and friendly and helpful with everything we needed. If you find yourself looking for a place outside the busy city center to stay while in Florence I highly recommend Danielas place!

This AirBnb was so charming and in a perfect location. We enjoyed some downtime in the garden area after a long day of walking. Deanna was extremely helpful and made recommendations for restaurants and sights to see. She was very communicative and helpful.

We cannot speak highly enough of Fabrizio’s accommodations. We made a last-minute booking after deciding to spend a few days in Florence during our journey to Rome. Fabrizio responded promptly and was able to arrange an early check-in for us on short notice. The apartment was spotless, and all amenities exceeded our expectations. Its location was ideal. Should we return to Florence, this would unquestionably be our preferred place to stay each time!

For those who want to be around the center of everything while retaining a peace of mind, I highly recommend Alessandra’s place. A few highlights: 1. Peace and quietness even in the middle of the happening: Florence is becoming a touristy place, but the place sits on the highest floor so you are removed from the noisy streets and overbearing crowds. Yes, you’ll have to walk up the stairs with luggage, but I think it’s totally worth it. 2. Local recommendation and genuine hospitality: Alessandra was super helpful with recommendations, helping us book a taxi on the day of our departure. She also accommodates our travel schedule 3. Unique place with personal touch: we loved the place, from decorations to amenities. Beyond sleeping and showing, we also enjoyed cooking light meals and sitting at the outdoor balcony in the early mornings to listen to the birds

Wonderful three night stay. Apartment very clean. All amenities washer dryer in great condition. Beds very comfortable. In walking distance to sights shopping and good restaurants. Surprised to find a kitchen stocked with water juice eggs salami bread cereal to get us started. Tomasso and Francesco very attentive. Responded immediately when we needed a taxi to train station.
