Nothing but good things to say. Such a great place to stay at for a trip. Near by restaurants and activities walking distance. We loved it and would definitely recommend!

This is my second time here, I love the place and am able to smell the ocean from the door :). We had a small complication, but it was quickly and effectively resolved, which is one of the TOP things you are looking for when traveling. Great place, and I love the service. I will be back again!

Great place just be aware it is child friendly and small which means if your looking to relax and getaway this place can get crowded quickly..

We were blown away by our stay at Largo! Everything was very clean and the resort was beautiful. I feel the location is better than described in their listing.

This airbnb was fantastic! Not only is it decorated adorably but had everything you can need and want. We were traveling with 3 small children and loved that the house had ample space for the kids to play, a large dining room table, outside dining area, & washer and dryer. The décor is amazing and equally matched in comfort. The beds were firm with super soft linens, the couch was one you could lounge on all day and the outdoor shower made it super easy to rinse off after a long day at the beach or a dip in the pool. The location of this house is everything! I’m a former local and I loved that it was walkable to some of my favorite local restaurants and to the beach. The kitchen was fully stocked which was a really nice added touch as we were able to prepare a handful of meals in the house and there were even games and toys for the kids. The pool was clean and super warm and the backyard had plenty of lounge chairs. The host was very responsive when needed and we had a great stay!

Beautiful property with some great outdoor sitting areas. The pool was so pleasant right near the bay. The beds were comfy and having two bathrooms was nice. Showers were lovely. Great for a night’s stay or multiple nights if you don’t need to cook. The floors sweat - maybe from the bay breeze/humidity. Very slick so perhaps prepare for that. It wasn’t an issue for us as we laid towels out. But this would be an issue for small children or others not so sturdy on their feet. Wish we had had a few nights to really enjoy the amenities. We’d stay again.

Paul was a responsive host from the moment we booked his home for a week. The home was immaculately cleaned, and we appreciated the labels on the light switches, etc., which made things easier as we were getting settled. We made use of all of the 'extras' Paul included, such as pool toys, grill, bikes/locks, beach chairs, towels, and umbrellas. The home/pool was larger than shown in the pictures :) It was the perfect place for our family to relax and enjoy our uninterrupted time together!

I can surely say that this location had everything we were looking for. The view was incredible and the kids enjoyed fishing and snorkeling right off the dock. We saw many lobsters, tarpon, a nice sized shark, parrot fish, mangrove snapper and a grouper within the canal right at the house dockage. We chummed the water and had a blast catching smaller fish. There was a boat rental right across the bay and we made use of the house’s dock for 3 days. Extremely quiet street. We rarely saw neighbors from the porch. The community pool was nice, clean and cool. The house was clean and inviting. Great location and an overall great stay!

Had a pleasant one week stay at Casita by the Water. The location is as good as it gets considering the unit is conveniently located near downtown Fort Lauderdale and major roadways, but secluded in a tranquil and quiet bordering neighborhood in walking distance to what I needed (shopping, restaraunts etc.). The unit itself was as described and fulfilled my needs for a solo, seven day stay. Any issues that arose were handled or eventually addressed, and did not negatively affect or materially subtract from my overall experience. I felt it was a great value and would certainly consider staying again given location, convenience, and bang for my buck.

This space was perfect for us!! We had dogs with us, such a perfect place for the pups. Since the cottage is by itself, if they parked it didn’t upset anyone. We were three adults, two in the bed and one in the pull out. We had lots of soap and supplies, plenty of towels, it was hot we all showered a lot!!! Loved having the frig and stove (though we didn’t use the stove, we sure would in the future). It was such a perfect little space. Great TVs and ceiling fans and ac units. Loved being able to use the pool next door and the laundry. Also loved that we had our own parking spot. Walked everywhere, so close to everything. But the noise didn’t bother us at all. We had the most wonderful key west visit. Charming hidden away gem! Thank you! Oh and they guys next door at the rental place, were so sweet and gave the dogs treats every time they saw us!

This is definitely a place I would take & also recommend. For a couple but 3 can also stay the balcony on the river is a plus in the room… the pool even though I hardly used it it’s awesome the backyard incredible… I would stay 1000% again

The place was great! Communication was amazing! The house was clean and peaceful! Neighbor was quiet and relaxing!! We will develop back to stay again.

Mike & Callys’s property was a perfect, clean, relaxing space for our stay in Miami. We were able to commute quite easily for business and exploring Miami Beach. The space was very clean and relaxing, and the hosts were attentive and proactive in offering anything we might need for our stay. Highly recommend!

The tropical cottage was a great place to stay. We loved how close it was to everything in marathon!

We were in town for my son’s gymnastics eastern nationals. The caretaker Mike really encompassed all the best qualities of someone in that role. Everything to the last detail was exceptional. His design skills are excellent! Our bungalow was amazing and we lucked into arriving just before he took all the Easter decorations down. We plan on coming back later this year for a few weeks just to stay and enjoy the property, especially the pool!

Really great house in a great location! It was super clean and had every amenity we could think of. Really enjoyed the pool and it was nice to walk around the neighborhood in the mornings. Super easy and cheap uber to the beach or restaurants. Would definitely stay again the next time I’m in the area!
