Located in the middle of the polder with unobstructed views, yet Middelburg and the beach are always close by. The boho-chic decor and characteristic atmosphere make this the perfect base for exploring beautiful Zeeland. The house has been completely renovated and equipped with modern luxury, while the authentic elements have been preserved. The house is directly adjacent to the large garden.

Es ist mein Lebenstraum, mit einem kleinen Atelier am Meer zu leben und Menschen in dem Gästehaus im Garten willkommen zu heißen. Das typisch Zeeländische Haus öffnet seine Fenster nach außen auf eine sonnige Holzterrasse, das Meer hört man bis hierher. Eine gemütliche Schlafempore macht das Haus besonders, die eigene Sauna ist buchbar!

All comforts comforts with a cozy private garden. The sleeping area is upstairs, which can be reached via a fixed staircase, so it is unfortunately not suitable for the disabled. Our holiday home 't Uusje van Puut is located just outside Koudekerke on the outskirts of' t Moesbosch, a small nature reserve. From the garden you have views of the dunes of Dishoek. It's enjoying tranquility, space and nature. With a little luck you can even spot a deer in the evening. Also in autumn and winter it is wonderful to stay in our cottage. After a nice breeze on the beach, you'll come home and enjoy a cozy fireplace.

Spacious apartment (65m2, 1st floor) in the center of Oostkapelle with a view of the church and village square (Dorpsstraat 12A. Oostkapelle). Restaurants, shops and supermarket are walking distance. Sunny balcony at the back and sunny garden terrace on the ground floor. Parking next to the house. Guests can use our beach house on Berkenbosch beach (1 May-15 Sept.). Can only be booked weekly (Sat-Sat) in July and August.

Super centrally located place in the center of Middelburg, opposite the music chapel in the Molenwaterpark, within walking distance of the theater, restaurants, shops, Lange Jan, Abbey and Market. Pets are welcome, children under 12 unfortunately not, the house is not equipped for this.
