Welcome to our beautiful farm from 1644! You are guaranteed to relax in this unique rural location. Located in the middle of the polder with unobstructed views, yet Middelburg and the beach are always close by. The boho-chic decor and characteristic atmosphere make this the perfect base for exploring beautiful Zeeland. The house has been completely renovated and equipped with modern luxury, while the authentic elements have been preserved. The house is directly adjacent to the large garden.

Beach House Het Beach House is één van de stijlvolle suites van Het Sfeerhuis aan Zee met eigen entree in het centrum van Vlissingen. Dit sfeervolle tweekamerappartement beschikt over een woonkamer met gezellige zithoek en eettafel, een aparte slaapkamer en een keuken met alles voor een comfortabel verblijf. From March 2017, our vacation home Zeelandrust is for rent on the beautiful island of Walcheren, just 2 kilometers away from the beach of Zoutelande. The house is next to our arable farm, but not so close that you will be bothered by it. Around the house is a terrace with unobstructed views of the dunes at the front and beautiful sunsets in spring and autumn. The dunes of Zoutelande are 2 kilometers away. Outside the holidays, it is also possible with breakfast (in consultation).

Cozy apartment for two people on the 1st floor of a renovated farmhouse, with a magnificent view over the countryside and the dunes of Zoutelande. Meliskerke has plenty of shops and it is centrally located, making it an ideal starting point for cycling and hiking tours. The spacious apartment (>200m2) is located on the 1st floor and has 3 bedrooms suitable for a large family or group. From the living room, you have a unique view of the harbor of Breskens. Both the city center and the beach are within walking distance. There are 2 bedrooms with a double bed and another 1 bedroom with 2 separate single beds. Located in a quiet neighborhood with playgrounds within walking distance and free parking space in front of the door.

New luxury studio

Between Middelburg and Vlissingen is our newly built detached guest house, Studio Abeele. The location has a kitchen with bar table and sitting area, sanitary room with shower and a spacious sleeping loft. There is underfloor heating and floor cooling in the summer. You have access to a sunny terrace and lawn. Parking is available on the premises or for free in the street.

Het vakantiehuis is gelegen aan de rand van Veere, grenzend aan het Veerse meer en op 5 km van het strand en Middelburg. Een diversiteit aan goede restaurants en bezienswaardigheden vind u op loopafstand. Door de centrale ligging een fijn vertrekpunt voor fietstochten en wandelingen door het prachtige Zeeuwse landschap en uitgestrekte stranden.
