The views are breathtaking. The area is perfectly walkable to almost all the big archeological sites and good food. The apartment was huge, the kitchen was perfect. The air conditioning units don’t really work effectively, it was hot without the windows open at night. There was someone playing live music and singing downstairs right outside the colosseum every night which we loved.

Very responsive owner! Meets requests and the service was amazing! Thank you for that. Upon arrival we were pleasantly surprised by the apartment. It was exactly as advertised! The apartment was really beautiful, nice and cozy. It contains everything one needs for either a short or long stay (like a hairdryer, basic care products, large fridge, coffee maker and cookingplate (+ basic needs for cooking). Eventough we didnt cook ourselves it is nice to know everything was at hand. Metro and bus are near by (just a 3min walk!). We absolutely loved staying here and would recommend it to everyone! This was one of the best Air BnBs we have stayed in. Light and airy, spacious, super clean, and the building had great character. We were able to walk to the Collesseum and there was a metro just around the corner. Andrea was super friendly, responsive and made some great dining recommendations (we tried several of them - Trattoria Monti was a stand out!). There is a small toaster oven which was good for reheating leftover pizza and foccacia. Note there is no microwave. Washer/dryer was great for doing our clothes before moving to our next destination. We had a fantastic stay at Mattia's apartment! He was extremely responsive and accommodating. When we encountered an issue with the washer, he went above and beyond to resolve it, even making a trip down when remote assistance didn't work. The apartment had everything we needed, making us feel right at home (this was our 1st trip to Europe). We truly enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to return to his place on our next trip to Rome. Thanks again, Mattia, for your hospitality!

I stayed at Lio’s place for just about three days with my family. It is a fantastic place and in a lovely building with lots of character. The place has a range of modern amenities - including well functioning air conditioners in all rooms to keep us cool. The neighbourhood is brilliant - close to Vatican and its sites, yet is quiet and peaceful. Lio was on top of communication at all stages and was very responsive. His son ensured we had a smooth check-in. We also really appreciated local cafe and restaurant recommendations provided by Lio. Fantastic place all around and I highly recommend to anyone considering - it is worth it!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Rome! The location was ideal — within walking distance to many of the main churches, which made exploring the city super easy. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our family. Communication with the host was smooth, and check-in was a breeze. We also really appreciated the A/C after long summer days. We had a wonderful time in Alessenadro’s cottage while visiting Rome. Alessandro was super helpful and friendly and went out of his way to accommodate us. He was always very attentive and responsive. He was one of the best hosts we have ever had.

Daniela was a brillant host who was very friendly and first to respond to queries! She greeted me at check in which was very kind and gave me advice! Location of apartment is excellent taking only about 20 minutes to get to center! Metro only about 10 minutes walk - would definitely recommend!

I traveled with my family, and this was the perfect place for us to rest, and enjoy the city, short walk to downtown, and very close to a bus stop if you wanted to get anywhere in Rome, quiet neighborhood but still very close to a supermarket, bar, bakery and everything you needed

Roberto’s place in Castel Gandolfo was absolutely perfect. It’s so well maintained and has everything you may need! Roberto was a kind host that even offered to drive me from the train station. The home is in a perfect location just a 3 minute walk from the main square of the town. Definitely a slower/quiet area at least when I was there in October but stunningly beautiful :)

Fantastic place and host. Very comfortable and 8 minute walk to the Colosseum and 20 minute taxi ride to Vatican City. Many great food options and shops right outside the door. Host was helpful and responsive.

Beautiful clean accommodation. Metro, supermarkets, restaurants all super walkable. Marianna is totally nice and very helpful and gave great tips for the area👍🏼

The apartment is very beautiful, very well decorated and furnished, spacious and well located, close to many of the main points of interest in Rome. Furthermore, it has everything necessary for a pleasant and comfortable stay. Giuseppe is truly a super host: attentive, courteous, and ready to help, always responding promptly to any of our questions.

Wonderful apartment in a perfect location! Just a 10-minute walk from the train station, yet situated in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Most of Rome’s main attractions — the Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon, and the Spanish Steps — are within easy walking distance. There’s even a Big Bus stop nearby, which was very convenient for exploring the city. The apartment is well-equipped with everything you might need, including excellent air conditioning and two beautiful terraces with charming views over the rooftops of Rome — a lovely place to relax after a day of sightseeing. Having both a washing machine and dryer was especially helpful during the hot weather. Communication with the host was smooth and check-in went perfectly.

Daniela's Cozy Apartment exceeded our expectations- I would give it 10 stars if I could and would recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in Rome. When I hear cozy, I think comfortable but small. I would describe Daniella's apartment as spacious and luxurious! She has thought of everything from detergent for the wash machines, to extra pillows and blankets, to umbrellas. The apartment had everything we needed and more! The wi-fi was super-fast and reliable. The air-conditioning was exceptional (mid-90s during our visit). We got the best sleep of our trip in the extremely comfortable beds, and the bedding was fabulous. Note that the wash machines in Europe are smaller than in the US and it takes a few hours to dry each load. The location was great as we felt very safe and there were many great food options close-by. It was an easy walk to the Vatican and the Metro station. Our 15-year-old son said that Daniela's apartment was his favorite part of our Italian vacation!
