Roberto's place was exactly as advertised. Squeaky clean and with all the amenities listed in the description and fully functional. Roberto's father was very kind and helpful during the check-in. I highly recommend it.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt im Airbnb. Vom Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer aus hatte man einen unglaublichen Ausblick auf das Meer, was in nur etwa zwei Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar war. Die Wohnung war mit allem ausgestattet was man brauchte und sehr ordentlich und sauber. Lara war außerdem eine sehr zuvorkommende und nette Gastgeberin, die uns immer gerne auch mit Empfehlungen und Tipps weitergeholfen hat. Also wir am ersten Abend ankamen, waren wir erst sehr spät da und wurden netterweise von ihrem Sohn vom Bahnhof abgeholt und zum Airbnb gefahren, wo sogar kleine Willkommensgeschenke auf uns warteten. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit im Airbnb und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Sehr empfehlenswert!

My husband, two kids and I had a wonderful stay in Sperlonga! We were able to check in early and was met by Eduardo, who showed us the apartment and gave us tips about restaurants and what to see. The apartment was very clean and cozy, more than big enough for four persons, and aircon and wifi worked perfectly. The locations of the apartment is great! One minute walk to the beautiful beach, cafes, restaurants and grocery store, and a short walk to the old town. We definitely want to come back!

Paola was very kind and wonderful host. She really cared about us and welcoming us with her warm heart and smile. When we need a help she was there and support us. The room was warm and clean. We had everything we needed. Everything was in walking distance like park, restaurants and bars. Parking is always open so you can park right next to the building and go into the apartment. Thank you so much.

The four of us stayed at Giovanni’s apartment for 5 days. The apartment is very comfortable. Two rooms, two bathrooms and a roomy kitchen/living room space. It takes three minutes to reach the beach, which we did every day. The center of the city is 5 minutes away which is very convenient. Giovanni and his spouse are very kind and provided us with useful tips about what we could do in the area which we followed. They also took the time to talk about life in general which we found really enjoyable. We felt at home right away and would go back anytime.

Casa fantastica, posizione ottima per raggiungere il mare a piedi, personale gentilissimo

Wir mussten diese Unterkunft super spontan für 3 Tage buchen, weil die Gegend unserer ursprünglichen Unterkunft zu unsicher war. Sicherheit war also unser wichtigstes Kriterium und die Wohnung von Alessia befindet sich in einer sicheren Gegend. Besonders gefallen hat uns die Tatsache, dass das AirBnB geräumig ist. Die Terrasse ist sehr angenehm und fühlt sich privat an, selbst mit dem Blick auf den anderen Balkonen der umliegenden Wohngebäuden. Die zwei Badezimmer sind sehr praktisch. Eins hat sogar eine Badewanne, was mit Baby nach dem Strand zum Abduschen echt goldwert war. Der Strand ist ungefähr 5 bis 10 Minuten entfernt zu Fuß. Es ist Klimaanlage für diejenigen, die sowas nutzen. Wir schlafen lieber mit offenen Fenstern und Ohrenstöpsel (die ferne Straße ist schon ein bisschen laut). Immer wieder gerne :)

La prima cosa che succede dopo il soggiorno da Nicholas è che dispiace tantissimo andare via! È una casa dotata di ogni confort...del tipo...se hai bisogno di qualunque cosa ti possa venire in mente...c'è!!! Senza parlare poi della posizione veramente esclusiva della casa...il mare a portata di mano nel vero senso della parola! Il mare e la spiaggia privata sono proprio lì, non bisogna spostarsi. Inoltre è collegata in maniera ottimale col servizio navetta con cui ci si sposta facilmente senza usare l'auto. Nicholas è una persona molto disponibile, educato e corretto. Non vediamo l'ora di poterci ritornare. Grazie Nicholas per tutto.

Maria Pina è stata un host super amichevole e reattiva. Ci ha saputo consigliare anche sulle attività e i luoghi limitrofi dove andare. L’appartamento super carino, riparato e ospitale. Tutto era come da descrizione. Da ritornarci assolutamente. Super soddisfatte

The apartment, overlooking the sea, was perfect for a vacation in the sun, with walking distance to the beach and friendly habitants of Gaeta. A private area in the garden was perfect for meals and hanging out. Emiliano and his family (+ dog) was welcoming and friendly, even for someone usually scared of dogs. Emiliano was very helpful, not only informing about transport options but solving a ride to the apartment during a train strike. We loved staying at Emiliano’s apartment in Gaeta!

We had such a wonderful stay at Anna’s little seaside flat. The views were wonderful and just a few minutes walk down to the beach. Loved the eclectic artsy vibe of the flat. Anna was so helpful with providing us with restaurants that had gluten-free foods. Truly a place that we would enjoy again on our next trip to Gaeta.

Ho soggiornato nella casa di Sonny con degli amici. È stata una vacanza bellissima, bella casa, bello lo spazio all’esterno. Pulizia della casa impeccabile. Lo consiglierò sicuramente.

Ajánlom mindenkinek, tiszta, rendes, minden működik, szép a kilátás, közel minden. Családdal voltunk, kényelmes volt, tágas és csendes. Mi sem hangoskodtunk, de még így is napközben feljött az alsó szomszéd, hogy hallja, ahogy mezítláb lépünk… egy kellemetlenség volt, az utcán lehet parkolni, kevés a hely, nincsenek bérelt helyek, nekünk sikerült találni egyet, de pár nap után, mivel nem mozogtunk, kiszúrták a két hátsó guminkat. A vendéglátónk nagyon kedvesen azonnal a segítségünkre volt, de a két új gumi 400 eurós költsége rosszul esett… ez természetesen nem a vendéglátó hibája, de talán érdemes az autóval naponta más-más helyre parkolni, hogy a helyiek haragját elkerüljük.

Tutto perfetto, dall’arrivo con ottima accoglienza fino al check out. Tutti i servizi descritti erano presenti nell’appartamento e la comunicazione con l’host è stata semplice ed efficace. Consigliatissimo.

Casa molto carina e pulitissima. A soli 8 min a piedi dal mare. Gianpaolo è stato carinissimo e super disponibile, ci ha permesso di rimanere un paio di ore in più per il check out e fornito info utilissime su Gaeta. Lo consiglio vivamente ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Grazie

Casa molto accogliente, pulita e organizzata. La proprietaria è molto gentile e disponibile nel rispondere e nel venir incontro alle nostre richieste. Ottimi consigli, zona facile da raggiungere, città bella da vivere a piedi. Ben collegata con il trasporto pubblico. Consigliato!

We had a fantastic stay. the place was immaculate, great location to lots of shops and restaurants and a short walk to the beach. Gianmarco was always quick to get back to me if I asked a question and very pleasant to deal with. I would recommend.

Great base for exploring, so close to the beach, the mountains, the town. Really easy check in, everything worked as it should and the apartment is very spacious! We would love to stay here again!
