Unsere Ferienwohnung (78 m²) befindet sich im 1. Obergeschoss und ist für 2 +1 Personen geeignet. Sie verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, eine komplett ausgestattete Küche mit Essbereich, ein Wohnzimmer mit Schlafsofa und Flach-TV, sowie ein frisch renoviertes Badezimmer mit barrierefreier Dusche. In allen Räumen empfangen Sie kostenfreies WLAN. Die Sitzecke im Außenbereich ist ausschließlich für unsere Gäste reserviert, damit sie den ein oder anderen lauen Sommerabend genießen können.

Old village church

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

Das Haus am Walnussbaum ist ein geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus, renoviert mit baubiologischen Materialien, sehr gut ausgestattet und in ruhiger Wohngegend wenige Gehminuten von der romantischen Altstadt und einem kleinen See entfernt. Das Nichtraucher-Haus bietet Platz für bis zu sechs Personen. Keine Partys oder Junggesellenabschiede. Haustiere sind zum Schutz von Allergiker*innen leider nicht erlaubt.
