The Lookout House with a panoramic window and spacious terrace resembles a boat hovering over the landscape. The smell of wood, a sofa and a fireplace with a comfortable kitchen form a well-tuned whole. It can comfortably accommodate 3 adults or 2 adults and 1 child. We built the cottages with love, with an emphasis on minimalist modern design, in harmony with nature. Located above the beautiful Šumava valley. Come and enjoy the peace and quiet with a magnificent view of the surrounding hills. You can relax in the new Finnish sauna (paid separately).

Large park of the former Gardening at Oberzwieselau Castle for free use. Sustainability: electricity from our own hydroelectric power plant, drinking water from our own source, wood chip heating with wood from our own forest.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place in the heart of the Bavarian Forest National Park. Ideal for hikes, bike rides and skiing. Many excursion destinations are within easy reach, e.g. the Great Arber, Lake Arber, Falkenstein, Rachel, Lusen, Trinkwassertalsperre, treetop trail with tree house Close to the Czech Republic... Bike parks Geisskopf and on the Great Arber Glass museum, glass gardens and newly renovated swimming pool in the village. The train station is about 10 minutes away on foot.

Time out at Klopferbach II

The apartment on the Klopferbach is located at the end of a side street, nestled in the countryside. Our three-room apartment is located on the upper floor of the wooden house built in 2020 and offers plenty of space for a relaxing stay on 90 square meters. It consists of a spacious entrance area, a bathroom and two bedrooms with wooden floors, one of them with a workplace, as well as a spacious living, kitchen and dining area. A large balcony with seating and views of the countryside complete the offer.

Chalet Heart³

The newly built wooden chalet was completed with a lot of love for detail in March 2024. It was built in a modern style and meets the highest energy requirements. The path from your own parking space, through the house, to the covered veranda with new, electrically heated hot tub was designed at ground level. Inside you can make yourself comfortable with the wood-burning stove and your own sauna (free of charge). The National Park cycling path and beautiful hiking trails are within walking distance.

Welcome to the workshop. A former railway building reinterpreted. The boutique loft, with its modern design and curated art, is a place to relax and feel at ease, with space for 2-6 people. It's the perfect base for activities such as hiking, mountain biking, cross-country skiing and skiing. Enjoy the Drachensee for swimming and the golf course with breathtaking views. Excursion destinations such as the batwish, wild garden and rock slopes are in the immediate vicinity.
