Charming summer retreat, originally constructed in the 1970s, now renovated with a new kitchen and modern finishes. This idyllic property boasts a prime location adjacent to the picturesque plantation of Asserbo/Tisvilde, and the stunning beaches are easily accessible by bike or on foot. The house spans 50 m2 and features an inviting open floor plan, seamlessly connecting the living area and kitchen, creating a warm and cozy ambiance. Includes annex with double bed. This luxury summer house from 2004 (125 m2) in the popular seaside resort of Rågeleje is located peacefully on a large site (1.900 m2) with panorama view to nature. Lots of birds can be seen from the house. The beautiful beach of Rågeleje and Vejby Strand is less than 2 km away and so is the famous nature reserve Heather Hill. The house is fully equipped, well insulated and heated and has a large terrace facing south. Ideal for two families with children or groups of four-five couples.

There are three bedrooms and can be made up in the alcove in the living room, and on the sofa in the living room. The wilderness bath is free to use and there is a fire pit, trampoline, slide, outdoor shower with hot water and much more. Welcome. You must bring your own bed linen + towels.

This lovely summerhouse is a part of the private area Tisvildelund, giving access to playground, ball fields and petanque courts as well as own key to 2 tennis courts. The beach is approx. a kilometer away and the charming Tisvildeleje is only 10 minutes away by bike. The house itself is located at the end of a closed road with a nice private garden.
