Cleo is a kind and attentive host, helpful and creative in solving language barriers. The apartment is great, nice and well equipped. He also provided a garage for us to store bikes.

Everything is perfect

Impeccable location, apartment perfect for rental and interiors available. Check-in and check-out with maximum availability. You spend days relaxing and fun a few meters from the beach and downtown clubs. Great!

Old-fashioned likeable - was our style. We enjoyed the goats and the pool during a short visit. Only some dust was on the floor and there were worms in the cereal. They were immediately disposed of and all other cereals were also looked through. I didn't expect breakfast myself and looked forward to the worms. Since this is a no-go for my partner, we will probably not come anymore. Thanks anyway.

Nice and quiet place, spacious living room and supermarket around the corner - recipe for the right accommodation in Grado ;-) The beach nearby is very shallow but it's very easy to get into city by bus (bus ticket (1,4 EUR) can be bought in the mobile app and activated later in the bus) and visit for example piper beach. Sue was really nice and proactively tried to accommodate all our (even not spoken) requests. Recommended trips: Trieste + Miramare castle, Aquileia, Palmanova , Azienda Agricola La Bonifica di Lubiana Sabrina farm

We stayed in Veronica's apartment with our dog, we had a really good time. She is super kind and helpful, you can see that she loves animals. Every morning we super liked a little thought on your part, there is a pool and a heated hot tub available in the garden. Highly recommended. Also for the location a 2-minute walk to downtown.

We had a very nice week in Susanna's apartment. She is a very friendly and helpful hostess with many tips for the area and we even got home-grown fruit and vegetables from her garden! The apartment is beautiful, well maintained and quiet, especially the terrace is a pleasure, and is conveniently located for activities in the area. Even our not-so-easy little dog was warmly welcomed. Thank you for everything.

The site is extremely comfortable and very well located, with easy access to public transportation and a nearby market. The proximity to the lake is a great advantage, and I was able to reach the lake of Braies peacefully. Even though I did not master the language, I was received with great attention and all the information was accurately explained, it has the necessary kitchen, bed, table and bath items. Super recommend it!

I confirm what has already been written on previous occasions: Mulino Baiar is a very intimate and comfortable place. For those who need to "recharge the batteries" it is the ideal place: air quality and sleep reach amazing levels!

This is the best place to stay. There is always a clean kitchen, toilet and bathroom and especially the kitchen has a lot of utensils for all cooking. The location is an hour away from nearby attractions, and there are big grocery stores and restaurants nearby. The room was just the right size to stay alone, and the common space was spacious, so it was a great experience. I will definitely come back.

It was really nice house to stay with my mom and my son. We have been warmly welcomed by our guests. The location is perfect to visit the region and enjoy the beach. It’s well equipped, clean and big enough. The garden and the terrasse are also really nice for lunches and diners. I can only recommend so stay there!

Really nice location in the hills outside of Udine for anyone not wanting to be by the beach, in the mountains, in the city or by a river - but close enough to all four!

Nice place to sleep for a short stay with good location. The room is basic, we shared kitchen and bathrooms, toilets with other rooms. Good value for money!
