Posizione impeccabile, appartamento perfetto per locazione ed interni a disposizione. Check-in e check-out con massima disponibilità. Si passano giorni in relax e divertimento a pochi metri da spiaggia e locali del centro. Ottimo!

Altmodisch sympathisch - war unser Stil. Die Ziegen und den Pool habne wir bei einem kurzen Besuch sehr genossen. Lediglich etwas Staub war am Boden und im Müsli haben sich Würmer befunden. Die wurden gleich entsorgt und alle anderen Müslis auch durchgeschaut. Hatte selbst garnicht mit einem Frühstück gerechnet und mich bis auf die Würmer gefreut. Da das für meine Partnerin ein No-Go ist, werden wir wohl nicht mehr kommen. Trotzdem Danke.

Nice and quiet place, spacious living room and supermarket around the corner - recipe for the right accommodation in Grado ;-) The beach nearby is very shallow but it's very easy to get into city by bus (bus ticket (1,4 EUR) can be bought in the mobile app and activated later in the bus) and visit for example piper beach. Sue was really nice and proactively tried to accommodate all our (even not spoken) requests. Recommended trips: Trieste + Miramare castle, Aquileia, Palmanova , Azienda Agricola La Bonifica di Lubiana Sabrina farm

Abbiamo alloggiato nell’ appartamento di Veronica con il nostro cane, siamo stati davvero bene. Lei super gentile e disponibile si vede che ama gli animali. Tutte le mattine abbiamo super gradito un piccolo pensiero da parte sua, c’è una piscina e un idromassaggio riscaldato disponibile nel giardino. Straconsiglio. Anche per la posizione a 2 minuti a piedi dal centro.

Host disponibile, tutto impeccabile, ci ha fornito tante informazioni sul luogo ed è stata carinissima che è venuta a prenderci dalla stazione treni essendo giornata festiva. La consigliamo vivamente

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in Susannas Appartement. Sie ist eine sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin mit vielen Tipps für die Umgebung und wir haben sogar selbst angebautes Obst und Gemüse aus ihrem Garten bekommen! Die Wohnung ist schön, gepflegt und ruhig, vor allem die Terrasse ein Genuss, und liegt günstig für Unternehmungen in der Gegend. Auch unser nicht ganz einfacher kleiner Hund wurde herzlich aufgenommen. Vielen Dank für alles.

Consigliato! Appartamento pulito, comodo, vicinissimo alla spiaggia e ai vari servizi. La posizione è molto strategica. Ci ha fatto piacere trovare a disposizione un ombrellone e due sdrai. Eva è una host sempre disponibile e molto gentile. Ci siamo trovati molto bene, grazie!

O local é extremamente confortável e muito bem localizado, com fácil acesso ao transporte público e a um mercado nas proximidades. A proximidade com o lago é uma grande vantagem, e consegui chegar ao lago di Braies tranquilamente. Mesmo não dominando o idioma, fui recebido com muita atenção e todas as informações foram explicadas com precisão, tem os itens necessários de cozinha, cama, mesa e banho. Super recomendo!

Confermo quanto già scritto nelle precedenti occasioni: Mulino Baiar è un posto molto intimo e confortevole. Per chi ha bisogno di "ricaricare le batterie" è il posto ideale: qualità dell'aria e del sonno raggiungono livelli strepitosi!

최고의 숙소입니다. 항상 깨끗한 주방, 화장실, 욕실이 있고 특히 주방은 모든 요리가 가능하도록 많은 기구가 있어요. 위치는 주변명소에서 1시간 거리이며 근처에 큰 마트와 식당들이 있습니다. 방은 혼자 지내기 딱 좋은 크기였고 공용공간이 넓어서 아주 좋은 경험이었어요. 나는 꼭 다시 방문할거에요.

It was really nice house to stay with my mom and my son. We have been warmly welcomed by our guests. The location is perfect to visit the region and enjoy the beach. It’s well equipped, clean and big enough. The garden and the terrasse are also really nice for lunches and diners. I can only recommend so stay there!

Really nice location in the hills outside of Udine for anyone not wanting to be by the beach, in the mountains, in the city or by a river - but close enough to all four!

Nice place to sleep for a short stay with good location. The room is basic, we shared kitchen and bathrooms, toilets with other rooms. Good value for money!
