Holiday rentals with lake access in Friuli-Venezia Giulia

O local é extremamente confortável e muito bem localizado, com fácil acesso ao transporte público e a um mercado nas proximidades. A proximidade com o lago é uma grande vantagem, e consegui chegar ao lago di Braies tranquilamente. Mesmo não dominando o idioma, fui recebido com muita atenção e todas as informações foram explicadas com precisão, tem os itens necessários de cozinha, cama, mesa e banho. Super recomendo!

Krásný malý domek se vším co jsme i pro naši poměrně velkou rodinu potřebovali, v zajímavém prostředí přístavu. Pár minut chůze na jednu nebo druhou stranu jsou pěkné veřejné pláže přístupné i psům. S Letizií jsme se osobně nepotkali, ale naše dotazy a přání vždy super rychle a ochotně zodpověděla a splnila. Doufám, že se sem vrátíme.

We really enjoyed staying in the house. It was secluded but near people, has a lovely flowing river across the road; lots of villages and forests and spectacular mountains nearby. Villa Cecone is worth visiting as are the caves. Bed is comfortable. We also loved Gelindo’s family restaurant about 25 mins away. Friendly and helpful staff and very good food and wine. We enjoyed our stay and Gelindo’s prompt response to our questions.

It was one of the best places we could have gone. The beds were comfortable, the place was very spacious, the kitchen was well-equipped, the bathrooms were clean, the landscapes were wonderful, and the host was very attentive. I highly recommend it. È stato uno dei posti migliori in cui siamo potuti andare. I letti erano comodi, il posto molto spazioso, la cucina ben attrezzata, i bagni puliti, i paesaggi meravigliosi e l'host molto attento. Lo consiglio vivamente.

We stayed in the apartment for a week in August. We really enjoyed an apartment in a homely atmosphere, clean and well equipped. The view from the apartment is great. It is centrally located near many attractions within walking distance or a short drive. The owner of the apartment, Valeria, is very nice. She speaks good English.

Wir wurden gleich sehr freundlich empfangen. Uns waren sehr gute Fahrräder bereitgestellt, so konnte man schnell und komfortabel in die Stadt. Als die Kaffeemaschine nicht funktionierte hat man uns gleich eine neue Maschine besorgt und gleich noch Kaffee dazu. Die Terrasse ist besonders schön weil man viel Abendsonne hat, wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Alle waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, wir kommen gerne wieder!

L'extérieur de l'immeuble semble manquer d'entretien mais l'intérieur du logement est très bien, propre, bien tenu et bien aménager. Nous avons été accueilli par Marilli qui nous a donné des instructions et recommandations très complètes pour visiter la région.

My husband and I were fortunate to have stayed in Silvio's lovely apartment for a week and could have happily remained for an entire month. Easily one of the most memorable, comfortable, and relaxing properties we've ever rented, and the perfect location for exploring the wonderful region of Friuli -Venezia Giulia. And if you need a change of cultural pace, be sure to enjoy the close-by enchanting nature preserve and mountain trails. Silvio and Nataly were exceptional hosts, only adding to the optimal level of our stay - do not hesitate to book and try to add a few extra days to soak in all that this delightful town and area have to offer - there's much more than prosciutto, as delicious as it is. We can't wait to return!

Abbiamo soggiornato presso questa struttura per un weekend. L'ambiente era curato, ordinato e molto pulito. La cucina è dorata di comfort quali macchinetta del caffè, tostapane e bollitore. Abbiamo apprezzato di trovare lenzuola e asciugamani compresi nel prezzo dell'appartamento. La posizione è vicina al centro e comoda da raggiungere anche se il garage è un po' piccolo e scomodo per parcheggiare. L'host è molto gentile, chiaro nelle indicazioni e disponibile per chiarimenti e informazioni.

Il nostro soggiorno è stato molto bello, seppur breve e rovinato da due interi giorni di pioggia. Monica è molto disponibile e ci ha dato dei consigli su cosa poter fare; l’appartamento è ideale per una famiglia con bambini o anche per una coppia e dispone di tutti gli utensili necessari per brevi soggiorni.

Alloggio come da descrizione. Procedura dí check-in e check-out facile grazie alla comunicazione rapida e diretta con l’host. Indicazioni puntuali e precise. Alloggio pulito e con tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. Consiglio questo alloggio per un’esperienza ad Auronzo.
