Das Apartment ist mit Liebe zum Detail geschmackvoll saniert und eingerichtet. Es befindet sich in einem Backsteingebäude von 1903, in einer ruhigen Straße. Das Buchen von privaten Yogastunden in unserem Yogastudio ist möglich. Fußläufig gibt es vielfältige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Du kannst auch am Ufer der Wupper wandern gehen oder Radfahren und auch nett einkehren. Mit dem Zug oder dem Auto bist Du in weniger als einer halben Stunde mitten in Köln. Am Bahnhof gibt es auch E-Bikes zu leihen.

The freeways A1, A3, A59 as well as public transport are in the immediate vicinity. Fitness studios such as "McFit, Fitklusiv and Flexx Fitness can be found within a radius of about 1.5 KM. The apartment is located in the house where there is also a restaurant. This is not open daily as it is an event location.

The modern furnished appartement is on the outskirts of Cologne, directly at the Rhine river. Please note that a car is favourable to get to the appartement and back into town and for getting groceries. Please note that we emphasize in our description on the fact that the appartment is located on the outskirts. The City of Cologne charges a tourist tax also for Business Travel starting in July 2024. We therefore unfortunately had to rise our rate by 5%.

Lovingly designed, centrally heated circus trolley, which meets all requirements located in a romantic parsonage. Quiet on the outskirts of Cologne with good transport links. On 30 m² there are two separate rooms, kitchen and bathroom for 2 to 3 people. Due to some demands: The car is also fully heatable in winter in the shortest time very warm. This makes it habitable both in summer and winter.

Small but nice in the north of Cologne, this peaceful accommodation is only a few minutes away from the S-Bahn S11, which takes you to Cologne Cathedral or Deutz Messe within just 15 minutes. I had a short stay at Traudel's place. You can park in the street for free (if necessary you have to look for something, but where is it not🤷‍♀️) The house is super nice, everything was very clean and corresponded to the description. the location right on the park and with garden: wow! Upon my arrival, Traudel clearly explained to me the quirks of the house that you have to pay attention to. (I recommend considering and calculating the fee to be paid in cash beforehand, but then I had some stress in mind). I found Traudel friendly, I was allowed to make a coffee in your kitchen for breakfast, for example. I found her very respectful with my man-shy dog. I'd love to recommend.

Sandra is a wonderful person. She gave detailed answers to the questions I asked. The location is great, close to everywhere. Rooms and bathroom are very clean. I had to leave early for personal reasons, but when I come to Cologne again, I will definitely stay here. I recommend it to everyone
