Located in a quiet side street. 5-minute walk to the shopping street (supermarkets, shops, pubs and restaurants). 2 kilometers to the cathedral as the crow flies, about 10 minutes by taxi to the trade fair.

The granny apartment is quietly located in a residential area, but still central. The train station is only 1.2 km away and can be easily reached in approx. 15 minutes on foot. From there you can reach Cologne and Düsseldorf by train in just 15 - 20 minutes. The BayArena stadium is in the immediate vicinity (800 m). There is also a nice adventure pool & sauna here. The pedestrian zone of Leverkusen (1.1 km) offers a large shopping center with supermarkets, pharmacies, shops and restaurants.

Das Apartment ist mit Liebe zum Detail geschmackvoll saniert und eingerichtet. Es befindet sich in einem Backsteingebäude von 1903, in einer ruhigen Straße. Das Buchen von privaten Yogastunden in unserem Yogastudio ist möglich. Fußläufig gibt es vielfältige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Du kannst auch am Ufer der Wupper wandern gehen oder Radfahren und auch nett einkehren. Mit dem Zug oder dem Auto bist Du in weniger als einer halben Stunde mitten in Köln. Am Bahnhof gibt es auch E-Bikes zu leihen.

A bright, comfortable 4th-floor attic filled with original art by your host. Entire private floor with cozy sleeping area and small bath with separate shower. Just 5 minutes by foot to Opladen train station and 16 minutes by train to Cologne (Köln Hbf). Cafés and shops nearby by foot. Note: There is no kitchen, which makes the space perfect for short stays. A microwave is available in the room. The stairwell is shared with other apartments, the entire attic floor is private for your stay.

In just a few steps, you'll be able to reach the local recreation area "Fühlinger See." A charming apartment, modernly furnished with fully equipped kitchens. Linens and towels are provided. The city center is easily accessible by public transport. A baker, butcher and a very good pizzeria are in the immediate vicinity of our farm.

Cosy flat in suburb Cologne at the Rhine River

The modern furnished appartement is on the outskirts of Cologne, directly at the Rhine river. Please note that a car is favourable to get to the appartement and back into town and for getting groceries. Please note that we emphasize in our description on the fact that the appartment is located on the outskirts. The City of Cologne charges a tourist tax also for Business Travel starting in July 2024. We therefore unfortunately had to rise our rate by 5%.

In front of the house, the Rhine meadows stretch out on both sides and invite you to take a walk, including a sandy beach in the immediate vicinity! The house is a historic building from 1826 with charm and a special flair. A large garden and a covered terrace are available.

The garden view accommodation has a bedroom, a kitchen area with microwave, Senseo coffee maker, kettle, toaster and fridge and a bathroom with shower. The property is located in a quiet residential area in the basement of a detached house and has its own entrance. Scooter (50cc) for rent on request.

In the middle of the most beautiful street of Cologne-Ehrenfeld in a newly built townhouse, this cozy guest apartment is offered. From here you can walk to cafes, pubs, restaurants, supermarkets and much more. The same applies to public transport: lines 3, 4 and 5 or Cologne-Ehrenfeld station (great connection to the city center, main station or Cologne Messe / Deutz).

Small but nice in the north of Cologne, this peaceful accommodation is only a few minutes away from the S-Bahn S11, which takes you to Cologne Cathedral or Deutz Messe within just 15 minutes. The small domicile has a sofa bed (max 2 people) and a single kitchen and a bathroom with shower. A TV (Astra) and a soundbar are of course also available

Welcome to my apartment and thus in the middle of the popular Belgian Quarter! 3 apartments are offered to you. The apartments are located right in the heart of the Belgian Quarter. The entrance is at street level and serves your apartment alone. The other two apartments are located in the basement of a beautiful old building next door.
