The 4-room apartment was renovated in April 2024 and equipped as a vacation home for up to 4 people. From this centrally located place, you will be on the R1 bike path on the Fulda in no time. In the village, you can walk to a generation-run inn and enjoy great food with great service. The historic old town (20 min) and shopping facilities (5 min) are also within walking distance. Free parking is available on the street.

It is a whole apartment (approx. 72 square meters) with balcony (approx. 12 square meters) on the 2nd floor. From the apartment and balcony you have a wonderful distant view to the landmark of Kassel, "the Hercules." The center of Kassel can be reached in 10-15 minutes by car. Bus stops (buses run every 15-20 minutes) can be reached in 5 minutes.

Whilst our place is located in a quiet area of town ideal for a stroll around the nearby fields it, is also well connected to public transport with easy 20min access to the centre. The studio flat is part of a family home with a separate front entrance. Access to the outside dining and bbq area can be arranged upon request. Two supermarkets are within 10min walking distance for self-catering in the fully equipped kitchen.

With the renovation of our neighboring house, we have realized a dream. We feel incredibly comfortable there, and have created a place where more than four people can easily experience the magic of our forest and its tranquility. We see this place as an invitation to enjoy soothing community: be it on a family scale, for meetings as school or student friends or newer, warm acquaintances.
