In the spring of 2020, we acquired the property, which has 5 vacation homes. We lovingly renovated this first one, No. 7/4, in 2020 and YOU can come. The pretty vacation home has a living room with kitchen and dining area, a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower. In addition, there is a nice private terrace on the south side. It is partially covered and there is also an awning for the particularly sunny days. The property has its own access to the lake and a jetty with a swimming ladder.

Summer house on the lake in the Uckermark

The summerhouse is located in the Bio-Reservat of Parsteinsee. On 35 sqm you find all animities for a perfect summer holiday! The plot is 657 sqm large and has 2 terraces and a garden shower. The lake of Parstein is in walking distance (5 Minutes). The living room could be converted into a bedroom with a double bed and a high bed for 2 kids. Bathroom (with toilet and rain-shower) and kitchen have been renovated in 2024. In a little guest house (9 sqm) max. 2 guest could sleep (very simple).

The vacation home is located on a property, built with 2 residential buildings, enclosed with a fence. 100 m to the supermarket, 2.5 km to the Kyritz lake chain, 22 km to Neuruppin, 20 km to the A 24 highway. Cycling, hiking, fishing, water tourism. Pets are not allowed. The house is a non-smoking property. For more than two people, please ask for a price. 1 car parking space on the property.

The sunbathing lawn, jetty, barbecue area and a campfire area as well as a small playground complete the ensemble. The lake with its abundance of fish is a must for all anglers.

Our vacation home is located on an approximately 6,100 m² large, fantastic lake property with its own tennis court and its own jetty. On the property, there is another vacation home with 3 apartments. The shore with a small beach is about 50 m long. Spacious sunbathing and meadow areas offer ample space for a variety of recreation; also ideal for families. Pets are also welcome. Additional info: In summer, bookings are from Saturday to Saturday

The cottage has been lovingly renovated. The cottage is located in the holiday complex on the Griminitzsee in the Schorfheide, one of the largest contiguous forest areas in Europe and the approximately 60 km north of Berlin. The apartment is designed for up to 4 people. Two wonderful terraces a shower room, a fully equipped kitchen; one bedroom and a living/ dining area. TV, Apple TV, Wi-Fi, and Netflix access are part of the amenities.

We rent our nice little cottage 27m2, 2 minutes walking distance from Wandlitzsee to Strandbad 3 minutes to Surfyng club about 5 minutes, 500 m from Wandlitzsee Bhf. Baker, shopping or restaurants are within walking distance. Bus stop in front of the door, nearby Berlin, other lakes in the vicinity Wifi is not available everywhere. The bungalow has a bedroom with a double bed (1.40 m wide) and has a couch in the living room where another person could sleep. The bungalow is located in a quiet rural setting on the outskirts of Berlin. The neighbor runs a farm and has sheep and poultry (which are unfortunately up early).
