Das Haus befindet sich im Zentrum der Stadt Fürstenberg. Nur wenigen Minuten fußläufig, bieten drei Seen und mehreren Flüsschen, Wald und Felder, Orte zu jeder Art von Naturerholung. Diese wundervolle neue 120 qm2 grosse Dachgeschoss-/Penthousewohnung mit einer Sauna ist im Viktoriakiez (ruhige Lage) - 5 Min Fussweg zum S-Bahnhof Nöldnerplatz und 10 Min Fussweg zur Rummelsburger Bucht am Wasser. Die Wohnung ist 1 S-Bahnhaltestelle vom angesagten Ostkreuz und 2 Haltestellen von der Warschauer Strasse entfernt. PS: Ich besitze ein original 5 Meter großes Riva Boot aus Italien. Somit kann auch eine private Bootstour durch Berlin jederzeit bei mir gebucht werden.

Das anliegende Loft (45 qm) kann dazu gemietet werden. Dort können 3 weitere Personen unterkommen.

Peace, sauna, forest walks, lakes and relaxation! We rent our natural property near Rheinsberg - almost 100 km from Berlin. There are two cozy houses (6 and 4 beds) that can be rented individually or together by families or friends. The property is quietly located on the edge of a small village. It is surrounded by dense forests and at least 7 lakes nearby. There are chickens, fresh eggs, tranquility, a wooden sauna with a bucket and stunning views over the alder forest.

Fürstenberg as the gateway to the Mecklenburg Lake District offers numerous wonderful lakes, forests, cycling and waterways. The apartment is on the 1st floor of a renovated house in the center of the old town.

On a hill, nestled by old trees, stands 1 of 3 unconventional huts with 2 beds each. In any weather (except in winter), the cabin can offer camping friends, cyclists or last-minute guests an overnight stay as an alternative to the tent. Just a sleeping bag and a towel in your luggage. The comfort consists of a roof over your head, a place to sleep, a nice campfire and a warm outdoor shower with separate toilet.
