The apartment is intentionally designed for a maximum of two adults – not a family setup, but a place for retreat, focused work, or relaxed days out in nature. We rent out 2 appartments. You are looking at the larger unit. (The smaller unit you find here: https://www.airbnb.de/rooms/21896074) The stable from 1891 was renovated into a 3-unit-home in 2016. The surrounding gardens are a work in progress. The property is quite large and you can always find a quiet and peaceful spot in the sun. The night sky is wonderful for star gazing. Up to 10 stork families nest in the village from April to August each year.

Our single-family home is located on the southwestern edge of the city center in Seenähe with swimming opportunities. It is about 5 km to Highway 24. The bus (city line) stops every 20 minutes on weekdays about 200 meters away. There are no noisy businesses in the residential area. The network of bike paths is well developed, and a restaurant serving meals is within walking distance, about 250 meters away.

Knehden is located in the middle of a nature reserve, only about five kilometers from Templin. In addition to cranes, sea and ospreys can also be observed here. My place is close to NATURE, LAKE, FOREST, FIELDS, MEADOWS, PONDS, STARS. Very nice apartment with two rooms, each equipped with a double bed in the house on a large 3-sided courtyard with garden directly on the lake in the Schorfheide-Chorin biosphere reserve, 70 km north of Berlin. All land lovers are welcome.
