Die Residenzstadt Neustrelitz ist ca. 30 km entfernt, ebenso Rheinsberg. Ob zu Fuß oder per Fahrrad, es gibt viel zu entdecken. Wohnung liegt in ruhiger Straße mit Parkmöglichkeiten. Keine Partylocation.

Easily accessible from the Fürstenberg train station – centrally located in the old town. Everything is close by ... the Havel River, the swimming spots, the shopping options, the hiking trails ... Ideal for a short getaway or as an overnight stay during your canoe or bike tour. You can also enjoy breakfast in the courtyard. Important: You enter the loft via the inner courtyard. Stairs is steep. Toilet and hot water, yes – but no actual shower available.

We rent out 2 appartments. You are looking at the smaller unit. (The larger unit you find here: https://www.airbnb.de/rooms/21642508) The stable from 1891 was renovated into a 3-unit-home in 2016. The surrounding gardens are a work in progress. The property is quite large and you can always find a quiet and peaceful spot in the sun. The night sky is wonderful for star gazing. Up to 10 stork families nest in the village from April to August each year.

The apartment is on the ground floor and offers enough space for up to 4 people on about 66 m². It includes two bedrooms, a kitchen, a shower room, a bathtub and a terrace with lake views. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances, including a refrigerator, microwave, stovetop, oven and coffee maker. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment.

Knehden is located in the middle of a nature reserve, only about five kilometers from Templin. In addition to cranes, sea and ospreys can also be observed here. Otters, beavers and even kingfishers are also native to the area. The crane migration is particularly impressive in autumn. Three lakes are nearby and can be reached on foot or easily by bicycle.

Staying by the lake

The apartment has a bedroom and a large living room with kitchen, of course a bathroom. Everything is practically and comfortably furnished. The small kitchenette has a stovetop with oven, fridge and everything you need for self-catering. A cozy sofa invites you to relax and you can have breakfast and barbecue on the large outdoor terrace.
