It is five minutes to the Künstlerhaus Betanien, ten minutes to the "Badeschiff," a swimming pool with a pontoon floating on the Spree, from which you can admire large passing ships. Quickly get away The transport connection is perfect. You are 300 m from the U-Bahn [subway], 800 m from the S-Bahn [suburban train] and can reach all the cultural highlights and centers of Berlin in no time. Right down in the courtyard there are two playgrounds – if you come with your children – and a large communal terrace for everyone with views over the Spree.
