Unsere gemütliche, grosse, helle Wohnung ist ideal für 1 - 3 Gäste, die sich eine erholsame Auszeit wünschen. Gleichzeitig ist es ein prima Ausgangspunkt für Rad-Ausflüge nach Konstanz oder in die wunderschöne Umgebung . Zum See und sind es nur ein paar Minuten den Berg hinunter. Hier könnt Ihr schwimmen gehen oder mit der Fähre nach Meersburg übersetzen; und auch die Insel Mainau ist nicht weit. In die Altstadt führt ein schöner langer Uferweg oder der kostenlose, direkte Bus (ca. 15 min.).

This modern studio apartment is located close to the lake (3 min.) and offers a clean and earthy design. The fully equipped kitchen, the separate bathroom with a walk-in shower and the cozy living-room/dining area as well as the comfy double bed are inviting you to fully relax and enjoy yourself. Ermatingen is a picturesque fisher village with beautiful walking routes, a few restaurants and the bike-road directly in front of the house. We offer secure parking in our garage for 1 car.

Es handelt sich hier um ein gemütliches älteres Haus komplett ausgestattet mit allem was man so braucht, auch wenn die Einrichtung jetzt nicht mehr so modern ist fühlen sich unsere Gäste immer sehr wohl darin. Das Haus ist ca. 800 Meter direkt vom Bodensee entfernt. Und hat ein Wohnfläche von über 150qm. Wir erlauben 1 Haustier. In der Nähe befindet sich ein Bahnhof ca. 700 Meter, eine Bushaltestelle nur einige Meter, ein Bäcker ca. 200 Meter und ein kleiner Gemüsestand ca. 400 Meter.

The Waldlusti is a beautifully located apartment on the edge of the forest in the Singen district of Überlingen am Ried. The approx. 87 m² apartment with living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom was completely renovated in 2022. The rooms are bright and modern and all have large windows overlooking the garden. Small and cozy is our apartment "Seeherzchen" (23 square meters), which is just a few steps away from the shore of Lake Constance with a swimming area. With beautiful views of the old castle park, you can enjoy a few quiet days by the lake. An indoor pool, sauna or table tennis room are also available in the house. Maybe see you soon? A lovely self-catering flat, with separate entrance, available for short breaks or longer holidays. Situated near the amazing medieval town of Stein am Rhein, only 3 min drive and 8 min walk to the fabulous Lake Constance. One bedroom with a double bed (160 cm) and a sofa-bed (160 cm) in the lounge. (No door between the two rooms.)
