This cute little apartment is located in Freyburg, in the northernmost wine-growing region of Germany. It is also called the Tuscany of the North, which we have also dedicated to our apartment. With a lot of love and diligence, this apartment was completely renovated to highlight the medieval architectural style. Simply enjoy this apartment with integrated kitchen and bathroom, as well as this extraordinary landscape. Here is the starting point of your bike and canoe tours. Stay in a waterfront loft with your own kayak

The Elster-Park with its approx. 100,000 square meters of gross floor space, is Europe's largest industrial monument from the Gründerzeit [founders' period]. The bright loft with 97 square meters on a total of two levels with open living and dining area (facing northwest to Nonnenstraße) convinces with fantastic location and private boat dock. Netflix and Amazon Prime Video are available free of charge on the 55" UHD SmartTV. Leipzig's waterways can be explored for a small surcharge with your own 2-seater kayak.

We rent a small apartment in our straw bale house in Markkleeberg. The property is quietly located, not far from the Markkleeberger See. A one-bedroom apartment awaits you in a quiet location, with its own kitchen and small bathroom. The outdoor area invites you to linger. Between chickens and ducks you can relax wonderfully. Also very suitable for children and families. Varied excursion destinations in the countryside possible. 15 minutes drive to Leipzig center (car).

Within walking distance of the Landesweingut Pforta is the green oasis with 1000m² country garden - directly on the bike path surrounded by vineyards. The fully developed construction trailer, the separate bathhouse and the spacious terrace offer especially families and larger groups a good combination of togetherness & activity. Since it is a property in nature, everything is never perfect or completely finished - but everything built and laid out with love.

If you want to visit one of the numerous lakes or trendy neighborhoods, public transport is also not too far away.

A bedroom with a double bed (1.40m) and a sofa bed (1.40m) as well as a sofa bed (1.30m) in the living room offer the opportunity to stay overnight for up to 5 people. Relax on the sunny terrace of our stylish houseboat, enjoy home-cooked treats from the fully equipped kitchen, and dream in two comfortable box spring beds. Two SUPs are waiting for you to explore the Geiseltalsee. The fixed boat is the ideal starting point for adventure and recreation – on the water yet comfortable like a small home.

In the courtyard of our Art Nouveau townhouse, we have prepared this small accommodation for you. Through the large gate entrance of the main house you will reach the courtyard with a cottage that is only used by you. There is also a very small bathroom and a small cooking facility with a fridge at your disposal. The terrace can be used in summer, for example, for breakfast in the sun.
