In about 25 minutes by subway, you are in Stuttgart at the main train station / Schlossplatz. Easy to reach without a car. Please let us know the approximate arrival time at least 24 hours before arrival. Otherwise, a flexible check-in is not guaranteed.

Our accommodation is located on a southeast slope near a wooded area, yet close to the city (10 minutes to the city center). The university can be reached by bus in 8 minutes! People love our place because of the location, the peace, the views, and the ambiance in the renovated Künstlerhaus. Our place is good for solo travelers seeking peace and quiet, business travelers, and couples interested in culture, but unfortunately not for children. Free parking near the house. Superhost for a long time!

Enjoy your stay in a beautiful duplex apartment in a quiet, semi-elevated location in Stuttgart-Nord! It is fully furnished and optimally equipped with cooking facilities as well as the necessary utensils. Therefore, it is also perfect for a longer stay. The south-facing balcony with a beach chair invites you to sunbathe while enjoying a view over the city. Double beds (180x200, 160x200). The apartment has a steep staircase and is therefore not suitable for children under 6 years.

Fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, smart TV with Netflix, washing machine. The apartment is used exclusively by our guests. All necessary shopping can be done on foot. Free public parking is available next to the house.

The apartment is located in a quiet residential area on the 2nd floor of a 6-family house overlooking Leonberg. The kitchen has a cozy dining niche and is fully equipped. The beautiful old town is only 600 meters away. It is 15 km to Stuttgart city center and 24 km to the airport. Very conveniently located by car via A8 / A81 and expressway to Stuttgart. The bus stop is 1 minute away. My place is great for couples, solo travelers, adventurers, and business travelers.

An apartment to feel good about! :-) It is located in the east of Stuttgart near the Cannstatter Wasens, the Daimler Museum and the Porsche Arena. The location is exceptionally quiet, nestled in beautiful nature and yet very central. You can reach Stuttgart city centre in max. 5 minutes by car or bus/train. Parking is available in front of the house, the nearest train is only a few minutes walk from the property. The wasen is also within walking distance.
