Bitte beachten Sie dass die Wohnung sich nicht als Wohnung mit Kleinkind eignet. Alle Kinder zählen als Gäste. Sollten sie mit Kleinkindern / Säuglingen reisen, informieren sie uns bitte unbedingt vorab. Keine Parties / Shootings Nachtruhe von 22:00 - 07:00 Uhr

Ein Atelier, das eine Art Anbau zum Wohnhaus ist. Der Architekt hat Kapellen geliebt, so wurde der Anbau ein 6 Meter hoher Raum mit Holzdecke und Parkett. Schlafplatz auf einer Empore. Mit Flügel und Gartenplatz, perfekt eingerichtet mit Stil - ruhig und am Waldrand. Die SBahn ist etwa 30 min zu Fuß, 2 km entfernt. Ideal zum Fahrradfahren im Münchner Süden, Nähe Starnberger See. Leider ist es keine gute Möglichkeit, Kinder unterzubringen. Sozusagen nur für Erwachsene.
