The apartment is very quiet and surrounded by greenery. It is completely modernized and is within walking distance to the center of Bretzenheim. Mainz City, University, University of Applied Sciences, ZDF, SWR are very close and easily accessible. The apartment has a living area of 54 sqm and a large terrace over the entire width of the house with stairs to the garden.
