The apartment is located in a historic building from 1890 with high walls and stylish interior. It is situated in a prime location at the hub of the Rhine-Main area. The Mainz-Kastel train station is just a 3-minute walk away, providing quick connections to Frankfurt, Mainz, and Wiesbaden. Despite its central location, the apartment is very quiet and only a 5-minute walk from the green spaces of the Rhine promenade and about 15 minutes from the center of Mainz on foot.

Wir freuen uns auf Sie und bieten eine kleine, aber sehr feine Wohnung mit Doppelbett, Badezimmer und Sitzgelegenheit (Größe etwa 30 qm). Ihr Blick geht in unseren ruhig gelegenen Garten mit einem schönen Sitzplatz vor dem Apartment. Die Mainzer Innenstadt und auch Wiesbaden und Frankfurt sind gut erreichbar. Schnelle Anbindung an die Autobahn und an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. Separater Eingang, Fernsehen und WLAN stehen selbstverständlich zur Verfügung.

Unser Ferienhaus liegt idyllisch, dennoch sehr zentral in Mainz. Das Haus stammt aus dem 19. Jahrhundert und wurde liebevoll renoviert und komplett neu eingerichtet. Du wirst alles finden, was dein Herz begehrt. Es hat eine wunderschöne, sonnige und ruhige Lage, in weniger als 1 Minute bist du am Main. In 10 Minuten gelangst du mit dem Bus in die Mainzer Innenstadt. Entspanne auf der großen Terrasse mit Blick auf die Lindenbäume.

Our penthouse (approx. 180 m²) has its very own style. Absolute feel-good atmosphere in the middle of downtown. The roof terrace is great, especially in summer. We are happy to organize a wine workshop. From Mainz you can make wonderful excursions to the wine regions of Rheinhessen, Nahe, Middle Rhine and Rheingau. Mainzer Fastnacht is a highlight. From the balcony you can see the Rose Monday parade.

Next to the bedrooms are a common room, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious bathroom with bath and double washbasin for you. The apartment is good for couples, business travelers and families (with children). You have a separate entrance to the apartment. On request, a washing machine in the cellar can be used by the guests.
