Only 10 minutes from Loch Leven With a large secure garden, with decking and a separate patio area,you can be sure to stay in the sun all afternoon. The garden also backs on to a large playing field with goals posts. There is also a kids play park attached to this.

Craigiehall Temple (historic property built 1759)

Built in 1759 and situated in its own grounds on a former part of the Craigiehall Estate, its Grade A listed for its stunning portico displaying the arms of the 1st Marquess of Annandale. Dating back to the 1700s, this tiny house had sat empty for over 50 years until George (Heather's son) invested his life savings to completely renovate it to a high standard, while retaining the original character of the building. Sitting below Bishop Hill in the picturesque village of Kinnesswood (2023 joint winner of Britain in Bloom's 'Village' category!), the tiny house is surrounded by breathtaking views, fantastic walks, and an abundance of local farm shops, cafes, and restaurants.

The Great Hall, Dollarbeg Castle

This 2 bedroom apartment is the beautifully converted former Great Hall of Dollarbeg Castle. Built in 1890, Dollarbeg Castle was the last gothic baronial style building of its type ever built. Beautifully restored in 2007 to the very highest standards, it was converted into 10 luxury properties, one of which is a conversion of the original "Great Hall" with its vaulted ceiling and majestic views across the formal grounds towards the Ochil Hills in the distance.

The Bothy is stylishly converted from two jold stone farm cottages into a luxurious 2 bedroom cottage. The decor is a mix between birch ply panelling and polished cement, giving it a modern Scandi/Scottish feel, yet not losing its original charm and farm history. Some of the furniture has been made from beech and cedar from our farm. With view across the River Earn and surrounding hills, this is a perfect place to come, explore, unwind and relax.

Ashtrees Cottage is in a beautiful rural location and has Loch Leven Nature Reserve on its door step. The Balgedie Toll Tavern & Loch Levens Larder both less than 10 minutes walk from the Cottage. It’s a great place to explore towns and villages around the East Neuk of Fife, Edinburgh, St Andrews, Gleneagles, Stirling and Glasgow. Its a great place to base yourself if you are planning to explore the Lowlands and Southern Highlands of Scotland.
