Beautiful place on a beautiful location runned by beautiful people. It was like paradise!

A very nice pet-friendly house! The host was incredibly accommodating, and the garden was perfect for our dogs to roam freely. The location, while a bit outside the city, offers a peaceful escape near the sea. The place is very close to the beach! The house is best suited for summer stays, it was a bit chilly in November, but still manageable. Overall, a great choice for travellers who desire a quiet coastal retreat, especially during warmer months.

A nice, cozy courtyard overlooking a garden with fruit trees. The sea is just a few steps away. Quiet place. Despite the fact that we arrived late in the evening, the hosts received us very well and immediately accommodated us, all the time they were interested in whether we were doing well. We lived in a separate house with all amenities, there is an equipped kitchen. There is a gazebo where you can relax and have a glass of wine. The hostess Manana is a wonderful woman, ready to help at any moment with words and deeds. Attentive host Mamuka solves any request promptly. We were satisfied with the vacation, we recommend. We really liked it!!!

Great location, not far from the sea and not a passable place. Peace and quiet. Shops, 24/7 shops are all around the corner. Lots of cafes just a short walk away. The house is cozy, with lots of interesting paintings. A comfortable kitchen with a full set of dishes, a washing machine, an air conditioner. The car was parked right in front of the balcony (only paid parking in the terminal nearby, Ramazi helped). We (3 adults, 2 kids and a dog) very much.

She was very kind from the first moment. We loved the place, it was very authentic and nice place. She helped us a lot with everything, we felt like we stay there for months. Thank you for everything. Next time I will definitely come to same place.

I'm a picky person but this listing and the host get 5 stars from me. From the reservation until check out everything went wrong. This is one of the few occupants with two bathrooms, which makes it easier when there are many. The apartment is on the 32nd floor and provides a wonderful view of Batumi. Located in the new part of Batumi, it offers amenities in European standards. The beach is at a walking distance. There is a small grocery store on the ground floor (street facing). A small shopping center with pharmacy, groceries, Subway, Wendy's etcetera about 5 min walking distance. The only downside of the accommodation is that the AC's outdoor part is mounted on the balcony, which makes the balcony very warm. We had to turn off all the ACs when we wanted to sit on the balcony. Strange that a 33 floor house has chosen this alternatively instead of a large AC on the roof. The advantage was that all clothes dried in zero time like a drying room. Overall, I recommend this property and the host if you want to have a comfortable and luxurious stay.

We rested as a family of 3 in September. The apartment corresponds to the descriptions on the website, large and cozy. Large balcony. The location is excellent, close to the beach and the promenade, the city center. Since Batumi is a resort city, the city does not sleep at night. If you need a quiet and peaceful vacation, you should probably look for accommodation in the suburbs. But we really liked everything, we felt like we were visiting! Many thanks to Nikita and his mother Leah that they responded so quickly to our check-in application. We arrived in the city late at night and were looking for accommodation on the spot. This did not turn out to be a problem and there were no difficulties. I really want to come back again)))
