George und seine Mutter sind super freundlich! Der botanische Garten und der Strand ist gleich um die Ecke (15-20min zu Fuß am Berg / 2min mit dem Auto). Von unserem Balkon hatten wir eine super Aussicht auf das Meer und Batumi Falls George nicht im Haus war, antwortete er online immer schnell! Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und würden definitiv dort wieder buchen!

Tea’s place is an absolute gem. It’s beachfront, just steps away from the plane landing spot and pier. I witnessed the most breathtaking sunset of my life from the beach right in front of the BnB. We enjoyed a wonderful time by the pool with drinks in hand. The entire space is incredibly spacious and equipped with all the amenities, with a special mention to the balcony. Overall, we had an amazing time. Highly recommended.

Очень принятый персонал. Нона решила все наши вопросы невероятно быстро и дала нам множество советов по поводу различных экскурсий. Горячая вода есть, рабочий столик есть, прекрасный вид из окна. Возможно не самый лучший интернет, но думаю это для большинства не станет проблемой. Ещё раз благодарим Нону за все. Рекомендуем всем остаться хотя бы на несколько дней.

Я не начинающий путешественник. Но такого хозяина еще не встречала. Леван встретил нас с автобуса, хотя мы даже об этом и не просили, по дороге в квартиру рассказывал о городе, главных достопремичательностях, рекомендовал где и что нужно покушать, это действительно стоящие советы, которыми мы воспользовались. Квартира современная, модная, с хорошим видом на море. Можно завтракать прямо на балконе любуясь морем. Стоит, к слову, гораздо больше своих денег, на мой взгляд. Приятно удивило наличие пляжных полотенец. Леван работает еще и гидом и за плату ниже того, что вы найдете на пляже и в городе, он на весь день стал нашим личным гидом, провез по всем достопремичательностям, познакомил с друзьями, угощал в местных заведениях. Угостил самым лучшим мороженым в Батуми! Мы познали всю силу Грузинского гостеприимства! Во время отдыха неоднократно интересовался, не нужна ли нам помощь в чем-то. Впечатления супер. В общем, если есть такое звание как СУПЕРХОЗЯИН то Леван его целиком заслуживает. !

It was a nice house, but it's alittle bit far from Batumi center, It's great for families. There are many families that you can contacts with them. There is bus from house to Batumi, we paid about 2$ for taxi each time. Ramaz is a good guy. We have a good conversations with him )

We arrived in Batumi by train and stayed for one night. We instantly loved to room on the 4th floor, which was very well kept and the bed was very comfortable. The balcony had a view of the main skyline of Batumi and the Piazza close by. It had a really nice atmosphere, though the proximity to the Piazza was a bit noisy too (if you want to sleep early, bring earplugs - but why are you in Batumi then ;) )

Прекрасное расположение, квартира оборудована всем необходимым (плита, холодильник, чайник, посуда и столовые приборы, раковина, моющие средства), в округе много супермаркетов и маленьких магазинов. Владелица очень отзывчивая и заботливая (впервые встречаю, что во время проживания владелец спрашивает всё ли у меня хорошо и не нуждаюсь ли я в чем-либо). Очень рад, что удалось пожить в таком классном месте :)

Sofia and the Green Hills service Team are very friendly and nice, the food is good as well and even for decent prices. The view from the roam and the facilities are amazing, we didn't leave the property for two days as the accomodation is beautiful and provides everything you need. highly recommended, we will come back. The stay at Emans place is fantastic, he is very easy to talk to and responsive if you need help with anything. The internet speed is very good, good and stable enough to work. The big 4K tv perfectly placed in front of the couch is also perfect! The kitchen comes with everything you need, with an integrated fridge, nice and modern kitchen cabinets. The bathroom is also really nice and spacious with a very modern design and heated floors. I had a great time staying at Emans place. I very much recommend booking this place!

We had a wonderful stay at Mr. Giorgi’s apartment in Orbi City, Batumi. The apartment was clean, comfortable and ideal for 2 adults and a child. Giorgi personally came to greet us, which made us feel very welcome and selfcheck in also easy. The location is fantastic—vibrant both day and night—and offers a beautiful view of the sea and beach. Giorgi was very responsive and promptly addressed all our queries. As a Platinum member of IHG and Radisson hotels, I usually stay in premium hotels, but this time I decided to try Airbnb—and I must say, Giorgi’s Orbi City apartment was absolutely worth it. Highly recommended!

Я уже не первый раз и точно не последний раз отдыхаю здесь. Хозяева очень гостеприимные и отзывчивые, которые всегда находятся на месте и рады помочь в любое время. Номер чистый и просторный со всеми удобствами. В номере есть скоростной WI-FI ,чайник и поднос с 2 кружками. Так же в коридоре на видном месте для гостей всегда есть утюг и хороший фен . Холодильник есть как в номере так и на кухне . К тому же , за отдельную плату возможно заказать вкусный завтрак ! И позавтракать у себя на красивом балконе с красивым видом и приятными звуками природы. На заднем дворе очень уютно и приятно отдыхать под звуки журчащего ручейка где можно устроить барбекью ( пожарить еду на гриле , либо попросить приготовить за доп оплату ) очень вкусно , всем советую! Удобное расположение апартаментов , 3-5 минут к чистому пляжу и тихому и чистому пляжу . В пешей доступности все необходимое - аптека, базарчики со свежими фруктами и овощами, магазины , свежая выпечка и ресторан где вкусная грузинская еда
