We had a great time in the vacation home Fernblick, there was enough space, everything you needed and the view in the distance simply unbeatable! Hiking trails pass directly by the house and there is also a lot of nature and pretty places to discover in the surrounding area. Communication with Sabine was always warm & helpful. We will be happy to come back!

The hosts both Caroline and Alexander are very friendly and responsive. Communication was perfect and the check in was very easy. The pictures don’t do the place the justice. It’s so much more beautiful than on the pictures. It’s a wonderful place and very peaceful. The house itself is so well equipped. You can definitely tell that the owners spends a lot time and money to renovate it. The house was super clean. The sauna was a hit, also our children enjoyed it very much. We spend a lot of time playing in the garden and enjoyed a local bier garden. I recommend this house to anyone who values privacy and peaceful space, where you can easily relax surrounded by the forest and enjoy waking up in a exceptionally comfortable and beautifully decorated house. Will definitely come back.

Beautiful accommodation for many people, especially suitable for family celebrations! We have rarely stayed in such a well-appointed AirBnB. Especially for the children, there were all kinds of play opportunities both indoors and outdoors. The fantastic large garden invites you to linger in the summer or to relax in the evening. It really felt like home. There are pizzerias and ice cream parlors nearby, and also a lot to explore. We will definitely be back!

Had a great stay at the house. We especially liked the beautiful terrace, the large kitchen (fully equipped) and the large living room with smart TV. The second bedroom has two "normal" sized single beds - but is designed more as a children's room. Not so suitable for two couples. There is also a single bed in the living room. Beautiful quiet location, 10 minutes from the market square in Wirsberg. Great communication with the hosts! Everything was perfect :) Next year again!

The 1a holiday home is quietly located in Sophiental next to a stream. We booked the accommodation with Anika & Felix as a family of 6 + children and were thrilled from the start. The accommodation is well equipped and actually leaves nothing to be desired - The kitchen has incl. Spices and oils are all there for cooking, and there is a grill in the garden. Coals + lighters were also provided. For the long evenings in the huge garden, there is still a fire bowl and wood ready to make bread and marshmallows. A highlight is the lighting at night - it is incredibly cozy to spend long summer nights here in a deck chair. I highly recommend the accommodation - especially you notice that Anika & Felix do everything to make sure you have a wonderful time.

An absolute oasis of well-being <3 My girlfriends and I stayed here for a girls weekend. We wanted to relax, relax and just be to ourselves - it was really just perfect. The house is like a warm hug that invites you to let go and we immediately felt at home. There is enough space for 6 people, the conservatory is a dream and the terrace and garden offer enough space to relax. The sauna is of course a beautiful bonus, overlooking nature. And the fireplace creates a very pleasant feel-good atmosphere. The location is wonderful if you are looking for peace and nature and want to get away from it all. Everything you need is there and communication with Christian worked smoothly. A definitive recommendation <3

We have rarely felt as comfortable as in Alina's apartment! Bowls and dog beds were prepared for our dog and so we all felt very welcome. The property is exceptional with the cozy wood, high ceiling and large glass front. Everything was tip top clean, well maintained and with great details (water bubbly from the line). The large garden was totally beautiful. We hope to come back soon!

We thoroughly enjoyed our very relaxing holiday at Stephan's apartment. The peace, tranquility and wildlife were perfect for us and we spent so much time outside in the garden. We especially loved the swimming pond which had 3 large fish in it. The apartment was comfortable and very quiet. Easy to walk straight into the forest or down into Strullendorf. Highly recommend a stay at this lovely AirB&B. Stephan was very friendly and replied to messages very quickly.

A Home Away from Home – 10 Stars If We Could! Our stay at Mrs. Heidi and Mr. Herbert’s home in Nuremberg this January was beyond exceptional. As first-time exhibitors at the trade fair, we were new to the city, but their warmth, kindness, and incredible hospitality made all the difference. The home itself was impeccably maintained, and to our surprise, the kitchen was fully stocked —making us feel even more at home. they personally ensured that our entire floor was cleaned daily with the utmost care. Such dedication and generosity are truly rare! Me and my two sons are deeply touched by their thoughtfulness and the genuine care they extended to us. Their home exudes warmth, comfort, an experience we will cherish forever. We cannot thank them enough for support. If we could, we would give them 10 stars! There were nine of us at Friedrich's. It was first class. Friedrich is very nice and accommodating, the apartment was very cozy and cuddly. Even in bad weather, the area is very nice to walk. There is also the barn with table tennis and co, a sauna and lots of games. So be sure to go ! (However, a car is recommended)

We had booked the place for a JGA with 13 people and were totally thrilled. The pictures don't even come across in the beginning, we are huge the house and also the garden. We had more than enough space to eat, get together and sleep. Since we had a chef in the group with us, the industrial kitchen could be used optimally. Again, there was no lack of amenities and cleanliness. The area offers enough opportunities for nice day trips and also a Rewe can be reached by car in 2 minutes. It was an all-round successful weekend, absolutely recommended!

Our 5-day stay in this apartment was absolutely wonderful! The decor was not only beautiful, but also very tasteful and immediately gave us a feeling of home. Particularly noteworthy is the sauna, which turned our stay into a relaxing oasis. The apartment was always clean, which shows how much value the landlady places on cleanliness and comfort. We were greeted with loving care that we so rarely experience. The landlady herself was incredibly warm and always took care of our well-being. The location of the apartment in a quiet and relaxing area perfectly rounded off our vacation. Here you could really switch off and relax. We highly recommend this stay and would come back any time. We had a great place to stay at cottage Toni! The house is modern, tastefully furnished and well equipped – nothing is missing. The location is ideal, with beautiful views of fields and forests. During the day we took walks, and in the evening we enjoyed the magnificent backdrop and sunset in the garden while grilling and eating. It couldn't be more perfect! We will be happy to come back :)

We were extremely satisfied with our small hiking group in Oliver's house over the 1st May weekend and with our choice. The furnishings leave nothing to be desired and there is enough space to enjoy some undisturbed tranquility. In addition to the roles of spending time in the house (sauna, pool, garden), you can also reach many great hiking routes right outside the front door or from the nearby train station. There are also shops in the nearby area, as well as the opportunity to stop. Overall, we can highly recommend the accommodation and will certainly knock on Oliver's door again if we come back to the area.

All good. Rooms are all individually lockable, so be careful not to lock yourself out at night (code was directly above the lock, so not bad). And you should be aware that the pool and garden are of course also used by the residents. Nevertheless, it was very nice that you could use it as a guest.

We had a great week at the apartment. We particularly enjoyed the great connection to public transport, the quiet location in beautiful nature, the varied hiking and biking trails, the nice people of the community and the surprisingly good shopping both in advance and in the surrounding area. We will be happy to come back!

We were four for an extended weekend climbing in Franconia. The accommodation at Regina's was just right for this purpose: you can park your junk right in front of the door, it's not far to some sectors, you sleep well in the quiet rooms and you can cook something simple. For 4 it was great, for 5 people I would only recommend the accommodation if you have a narrow budget or if the 5th person is a child 😋 The communication and personal contact with Regina and her husband were very nice! We would recommend the place.

Super appartment, very friendly and flexible hosts. It was a very relaxed and warm stay at this place. Would recommend it to everybody that likes a silent, easy and homely stay away from home.

In this individual, tastefully furnished accommodation, you can immediately feel at home. After numerous excursions on foot, by e-bike or by car in the very beautiful and rich surroundings, you can relax in the apartment in the evening. Everything and more was available, which you need in the kitchen and bathroom, incl. Spices, cleaning products, toiletries, etc. An attention to welcome was included. The landlords are always available for a nice conversation, a good recommendation or tips for excursions, etc. We fell in love with Upper Franconia, especially with the friendly Bayreuth with its diverse cultural and gastronomic offerings and the stunning nature around it. The starting point of this apartment is perfect for all activities - or even a peaceful afternoon on the sunny balcony with a delicious Franconian wine. My son and I were on a father-child weekend in Franconian Switzerland and stayed with Kathi. The car is super cozy and the surroundings are fantastic with many great nature experiences. Due to the location on the edge of the village, you can quickly reach the forest and it is incredibly quiet. We enjoyed playing soccer or frisbee on the large meadow and went on great hikes. By car you can quickly reach all the tourist hotspots of Franconian Switzerland and Kathi gave great tips. We can definitely recommend the place!

We were guests at Herbert and his family's over the Pentecost weekend (we had contact with Franzi :)) and felt very welcome from the beginning. Everyone was extremely hospitable, which made our stay particularly pleasant. The accommodation was nice, tidy, very bright and friendly – you can tell that a lot of attention to detail is paid here. We would like to emphasize the cleanliness - everything was really very clean and well maintained. The area is ideal for nature lovers. There are many beautiful paths for walks, which we have used extensively with our dog. He was also warmly welcomed, which was a big plus for us. We were completely satisfied and can definitely recommend the accommodation!
