Time to relax in this cozy little cottage by a lovely lake in West Sweden. Between the sea and mountains, and at the edge of Kolbengtserödsjön: private beach, dock with sauna, kayak... The cottage of 32 sqm is completely renovated and comfortable for 2 people (double bed), possibly with 1 or 2 (small) children on the sleeping sofa, and is fully equipped. The cottage is located behind the host's house, but offers privacy, nature, a coffee table and outdoor furniture. Quiet, close to E6 between Gothenburg and Oslo. WITH JETTY AND SAUNA ON THE LAKE EDGE!

Boathouse

Welcome to the boathouse right by the lake! The perfect place all year round to recharge the batteries or have as a starting point for excursions. On summer days, you start the day with a morning swim from the dock before sitting on the balcony for a good breakfast overlooking the lake. On autumn and winter days, you can light a fire in the fireplace and take a winter swim before setting the table for breakfast in the kitchen, still with the same nice view of the lake. If you want to go into Gothenburg, it's only a 7-minute walk to the bus.

The area has many excursion opportunities such as Liseberg, Universeum, the Textile Museum and nice tours in the Gothenburg archipelago. In the nearby area, there are swimming lakes, nice walking and running trails, possibility for fishing, berry and mushroom picking. Private toilet and shower in the apartment. The accommodation is suitable for two adults or two adults and two children.

Cottage of 50 sqm with private beach & older standard. One bedroom, one bathroom with toilet and shower and washing machine. Fully equipped kitchen with fridge and freezer as well as induction stove with oven. Sofa bed in the living room. Dining areas for 6 people both inside and outside on the terrace facing the sea. Gas grill, umbrella, access to your own beach. Note that there are a couple of steps down to the beach (!) 3 kayaks, 1 double 2 single and as well as a small boat available during the stay. My place is right on the beach, in the middle of nature. Close to Alingsås, Hindås, Landvetter airport, Gothenburg, Borås. You'll love my place because of the proximity to nature and the location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids) .The cottage is about 30 square meters and associated sauna cabin with shower, toilet, and laundry is about 15 square meters. Free access to canoe for tenants. Great opportunities for fishing, motorboat to hire!

Huset, som er placeret på egen halvø (3,5 hektar), ligger isoleret forenden og har sol fra morgen til aften. Fra terrassen går du direkte ud i søen med egen sandstrand og bådebro. Ud over hovedhuset med stor stue m/ pejs, køkken, 4 soveværelser (8 p), findes der et enkelt anneks med plads til 4 extra på sommeren (kan ej opvarmes).

The accommodation is just as suitable for stays for you on longer or shorter work assignments as it is for a small family or two adults on holiday.
