Här bor ni centralt, det tar ca 5-7 minuter att gå till Avenyn. Två busslinjer precis utanför, buss 60 & 61. Trots att det finns många mysiga restauranger på gatan är det oerhört tyst här. Mycket rymlig och exklusiv lägenhet på våning 2, hiss finns. Köket är välutrustat och det går bra att låna kryddor etc. Saknar TV. Lägenheten är avsedd för max 4 personer. Liten balkong finns.
