My house is located on the edge of a village overlooking the beautiful, very close nature. Oberbibrach is 25 km south of Bayreuth (Richard Wagner Festival, university, beer city, a lot of culture, Lohengrin spa), 80 km east of Nuremberg, 30 km west of the Fichtel Mountains, 50 km west of the Czech border.

A large natural park, the former grounds of the state garden show, can be reached in 10 minutes. You can park right in front of the residential complex, along the road.

You can comfortably relax in the tub and enjoy the 55-inch TV. The loft also has two additional TVs. The open-plan living and sleeping area is fully furnished (65-inch and 43-inch TVs). A superbly equipped kitchen allows you to prepare all your meals.
