Holiday rentals with a patio in Grand Canal

Staying here was the best part of our trip so far. Beautiful and everything within access. It was a breeze and had no difficulties. The host was really helpful and understanding. I couldn't have asked for more! Thank you!

Beautiful stay. Around a 30 minute walk to the heart of Venice with lots of cafes and restaurants on the way. Flexible check in for arrival of flight and helpful tips on how to get to accommodation from the airport. Overall a great experience for a first time in Venice!

A estadia foi ótima, tudo de acordo como estava anunciado. Fabrice respondeu rapidamente as minhas perguntas. Localização excelente, muito próximo da Estação de trem Santa Lúcia, o que facilitou muito nossa viagem. Super indico o apartamento! Estadia maravilhosa!

Excelente alojamiento muy cerca del transporte público, el auto bus se toma al lado del alojamiento y te lleva a Venecia en 10 minutos el autobús número 2 los ticke se compran en toda la parada del auto bus y la estación ion de Mestre está a una cuadra lo recomiendo 10/10

La ubicación perfecta por la cercanía al bus del aeropuerto y a Ferrovia una de las principales salidas de vaporettos. Zona muy tranquila y bonita El apartamento impecable y nuevo Estuvimos muy a gusto

My family and I had wonderful stay at Amelia’s place! It is just as pictured in the photos and is very clean and spacious with a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and excellent location - close to everything, yet away from the hustle and bustle of more touristed neighborhoods. And Amelia is a perfect host - so friendly and helpful and with the cutest little dog, Coffee! We highly-recommend staying here. (And be sure to check out the nearby restaurant La Zuccq - absolutely delicious!)

I highly recommend booking Andrea’s place in Venice. It was the perfect stay, with very thorough and clear instructions checking in. It is spacious, relaxing and offers privacy. The spa was absolutely perfect for relaxing after a long day of walking and enjoying the accommodations of the city. Andrea was also very kind enough to check in through messaging and make sure we had everything we needed. You’ll be highly satisfied and definitely feel that you got your money’s worth in this location. 10/10!!!

Communication with the host was very smooth, the appartement was very tidy, good beds and provided with everything we needed. Location is excellent, very quiet location, close to the vaporetto stop.

Ce séjour fut très agreable. Le logement était conforme aux descriptions et par dessus tout le calme de cette habitation était reposant après une journée à visiter les environs. Ce logement était dans un état irréprochable ce qui fut très plaisant en le découvrant . Nous sejournerons a nouveau chez vous si c'était à refaire 😊

Pamela’s apartment is such a gem - even better than the pictures. It’s so clean, spacious, and well equipped. Shower is great. Appliances are very new. Location is also perfect - short walk from train station and vaporetto but on a quiet street. Pamela is super friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

We loved staying here - our little boy (21 months) really enjoyed the huge garden space, playing hide and seek and just having fun. The space is even better than the photos suggest - it was quite idyllic. Very easy to access Venice by public transport and to drive to other locations. Lots of hidden gems in the area, and a great place to visit. A big thank you to Alberto for being a really lovely host.

Realmente excelente, la casa lo tiene todo, pero la atención de los anfitriones superaba la esperada, nos recibieron y nos despidieron con atenciones y eso hace destacar aun más nuestra estadía! muchas gracias!

Das Haus ist modern, hochwertig eingerichtet und liegt ideal für Ausflüge in die Region – z. B. nach Venedig oder Treviso. Besonders der Pool und die schöne Umgebung haben uns sehr gefallen. Auch die Tipps von Luisa waren super und haben uns sehr geholfen. Wir waren mit zwei zehnjährigen Kindern dort. Für Familien in ähnlicher Konstellation ist gut zu wissen, dass das zusätzliche Bett im Wohnzimmer steht, wo die Klimaanlage/Lüftung nachts hörbar ist. Auch der nahegelegene Park beherbergt Hühner samt Hahn unf Pfau und sorgt morgens für Naturgeräusche – das gehört hier einfach dazu. Die vielen Vorteile überwogen für uns deutlich – wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Mon épouse et moi avons passé un très bon séjour chez Paola et Roberto. C'est un couple charmant et très accueillant. Ils nous ont accueillis à l'aéroport ce qui est un plus, important. La maison est magnifique dans un quartier calme et agréable. Ils nous ont été de bons conseils pour les transports en commun. Nous les recommandons vivement, vous ne le regretterez pas. Nous reviendrons surement rendre visite à Paola et Roberto. Un grand Merci encore Paola et Roberto

Nice place, good restaurant round the corner

L'appartamento corrisponde alla descrizione e alle foto. L'host é molto reattivo e collaborativo, flessibile nell'orario d check-in. L'appartamento ha uno stile antico e ben curato, molto spazioso, con una splendida terrazza. La posizione é ottimale, a due passi dalla fermata del vaporetto San Samuele. Nel complesso un' esperienza positiva.

Desde el primer contacto, la comunicación fue impecable, clara y muy rápida. Pero lo que realmente hizo la diferencia fue la calidez y la atención genuina de Apollo y Diana. Son unos anfitriones supremamente atentos y amables, que tienen en cuenta hasta el más mínimo detalle y lo hacen con un afecto que te hace sentir verdaderamente bienvenido. ¡Su hospitalidad se siente desde el momento de la llegada! El apartamento es una maravilla: grande, cómodo y muy lindo, decorado con excelente gusto. Además, estaba impecablemente aseado, lo que siempre es un plus enorme. La ubicación es ideal para viajeros, ya que está muy cercano a la estación de tren, facilitando muchísimo el acceso a cualquier punto. ¡No encontramos una mejor experiencia en toda Europa! Recomendamos a Apollo y Diana al 1000% sin dudarlo. Loved our stay in Venice! Christians place was perfect and a great location. He was very responsive and gave us early access to leave our bags so we could begin exploring! He was helpful with providing options for our airport transfers, too. I can’t wait to return to Venice and to stay here again! Thanks Christian.

The best choice to stay when in Venice! It is super clean, modern, very spacious and bright! With s fabulous garden that surrounds the flat itself where we would have dinner ❤️! The area is absolutely magnificent- half an hour by bus& Vaporetto from turisty Venice. Nice quiet beach 3 minutes away to return to after the hustle and bustle of the City! Perfect for families with children that want to do both sightseeing and beach activities as well! Fabulous coffee shop and great Pizzeria just round the corner! Great communication with the hosts! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Le logement de Jenny est une très bonne surprise pour nous ! Nous y avons passé une seule nuit avant de prendre l'avion tôt le matin mais nous y serions bien resté un peu plus ! C'est un appartement spacieux avec tout le confort nécessaire ! Attention que nous avons particulièrement appréciée : deux dosettes de café et de quoi prendre un petit déjeuner nous attendait ! Au vu du peu de temps que nous avions, cela nous a vraiment fait plaisir ! Par ailleurs, je recommande cet appartement pour le gens comme nous qui prenait l'avion a l'aéroport car nous avons pu faire le trajet a pied en 20 min sans nous presser ! Parfait !

The apt is exactly as pictured, very spacious, comfortable beds and great location. Orietta gave us so many great recommendations and was very responsive. We loved the balcony where we sat and enjoyed our morning coffee and evening glass of wine. The drinks/ wine and snacks left were an added bonus. Definitely recommend this charming apt.
